There's no doubt Cryle's a talented driver, he's just a flaming 🤬 like his brother. On the subject of "Rage-O-Maniac" Busch replacing Regan Smith, $$$$$ once again wins over a driver without any known rage issues.......

Kyle has done a much better job not raging this year even with all the engine problems

Right let me get this straight... I may get confused.

#17 Roush Ford - Kenseth out, Stenhouse maybe in as the #6? Or Bayne?
#20 JGR Toyota - Logano out - Kensteh in.
#22 Pennzoil Ford - Hornish / dinger out - Logano in.
#78 FRR Chevy - Smith out, Big Baby Busch in.

I only see a team like Front Row Motorsports being an alternative for Smith. or hell Phoenix Racing. Danica, Newman, are both at SHR right? And Almirola might be leaving RPM?

Phoenix Racing is done at the season's conclusion.

Bayne is most likely still part-time Wood Brothers next year again.

Apparently, as was just mentioned on RaceHub on SPEED, Kurt could be in the 78 after Talladega, and Phoenix Racing will only be operating through Talladega.

Replace "Phoenix Racing" with "Furniture Row Racing" and you got next year's post down.

Well, would it be safe to say for many of you that the Cup series is not worth watching for the rest of the year (Aside from the so predictable Chase) and probably next? I might only tune in for 2013 just for the new cars but lie with this year, will miss afew races and skip the entire chase (excluding the race at Texas I'm going to in October).

I'd like to, at minimum, see Smith in a high profile Nationwide car next year.

Has RCR found someone to replace Sadler in the #2 next year? I'd love to see Smith get that seat, if he can't find anything in Cup.

No one is replacing Sadler, they will only run 3 and 33. They might run 2 part time like 33 does with random drivers.

And I do think it's a low move to bump Smith out, why not just let Kurt keep 51 but built by FRR for races.

Two Chase races down, eight to go. Up next- Dover. We've gone from the Magic Mile (the Boring Mile to me) to the Monster Mile. Be interesting who will take victory at Dover when Cup heads to Dover Downs this Sunday. Nationwide will be racing at Dover on Saturday afternoon. The Trucks will light it up Saturday night at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. So Nationwide and Cup at Dover; Trucks in Vegas.

Enjoy your NASCAR weekend, and best luck to all drivers and teams in all levels of NASCAR.

It will be a duel between Gordon and Johnson, but this time I feel that Gordon will be victorious.

I think Jeff Gordon is gonna win the Chase. He's done so well the last few weekends. Except for the race before this weekend where the gas pedal got stuck. :/

He needs some help though, in the form of a #48 crash or something. I don't usually wish part failures on someone because in most of those cases what happens to one team car, usually happens to the other. :indiff:

I'd say he needs some help in the form of every other chase driver having bad luck.

I really think this is Denny's championship this year.

I find it abit sad you guys are making yourselfs suffer by even acknowledging their existance after what they just pulled.

I expect that to happen at Dega, Johnson seems to have the worst luck at Super Speedways, so does Hamlin...well everybody it seems nowadays.

I'm not going to say that they will, but they SHOULD have more success with Kurt than Smith in that car.

I just don't see it happening. Jeff is running great, he has all year. However, these 3rd-5th place finishes isn't going to do it, especially with guys like Jimmie, Brad, and Kasey clicking off top 5s every week.

I think if he's going to have a shot (and I said shot, not win) he has to finish all the remaining 8 races inside the top 10, and win 2 of them, possibly 3. Since about 2007, he hasn't been able to close the deal on wins very well, for various circumstances.

Talladega will determine his championship fate. If he gets in trouble there and has a bad finish, he's absolutely done. If he can get out of there with a good finish, and a few of the top chasers have issues, he's right back in the middle of it.

Kurt Busch to start with the #78 team starting at Charlotte in 2 weeks.

And I've officially "unliked" their facebook page. :indiff:

Right now he's commentating the eternal race between Dale Earnhardt Sr., Davey Allison, Dan Wheldon, and all the other racers who are no longer with us.
