Now Brad slid through his pit stall. Once again, everything goes Johnson's way.

I didn't even say his name. I said 'that guy'. :(

Could be a good thing for him in the long run.

oooops.
If you start talking about a certain driver in the #48, then I'll forgive you. :sly:

(...and I just probably gave him good fortune by saying that) :grumpy:

It's how it works. You mention a driver that you like, and hell breaks loose. When you mention a driver that you dislike, it only helps them.

Reverse psychology:

Does Gordon have enough fuel to make it to the end? I'm worried that he might run out if this race remains green. :nervous:

Brad is definitely making up ground, but if the race stays green, I don't think there's any way he can catch Johnson (or Kyle, for that matter) without stretching his fuel mileage to save a pit stop.

Johnson is four laps short on fuel, so is Kyle.

I'd say that without a caution, Bowyer will win. Otherwise, Johnson will win.

If Bowyer survives to the end he's going to make things exciting on those final laps - esp if we have a GWC situation.

Marcos Ambrose HARD into the wall. That changes everything.

Two tires? We'll see how this works, but I'm not too optimistic. In hindsight, they should have gone with four. They have the speed to have a good chance at passing the top three.

I think they were hoping more would take just two. Possible championship-losing moment here.

Brad's move will end up resulting in something very similar to Gordon's move in the 2010 Vegas race. Had the car to beat, but is going to be passed by cars that took 4 tires as opposed to 2.

It will work... unless we have a GWC. And #48 has no advantage over others with having taken 4... problem is that means everyone has an advantage over the #2.

Rooting for the #2 here.
