Man, what a crazy finish. The 2 car draft is definately the way to go, just wished it was Clint and Montoya instead so Montoya could have pulled off the pass for the win, but I'm happy for Clint. I never predicted that the championship was actually gonna close up so I actually may have to watch the final three, but there is still the chance that Johnson could take it.

Phew!, that was intense right from the get go. Congrats to Clint Bowyer on his win, he was up there at the front most of the race. Also, tough break for Jeff Burton again this season, another race where he had a strong car, but wasnt to be. Good job by Kevin Harvick aswell, was crucial for him to finish ahead of both Denny Hamlin and Jimmie Johnson, to keep his title hopes alive.

Apparently EGR could announce a move to Ford sometime this week. If it does happen it will be interesting to see what becomes of Earnhardt-Childress Engines.

I think this would be a good move for Ford though, other than Roush-Fenway they don't have any organizations that field competitive cars, RPM is a midfield team(and in financial trouble) and Front Row as well as Latitude 43 have a hard time just making the races.

Wow Harvick is lucky to have that Aarons car in his back seat, that car was all kinds of banged up. Glad Nascar took their time to figure out who really won. Pretty clean race overall, I would have preferred the 48 to finish much lower, or laps down, but ill take that. I just don't want him to go 5 for 5.

I'd rather Jimmie win again than a toyolet

Gotta love it that NASCRAP (sanctioning body) tosses the yellow because a hunk fell off some rolling pile if junk that should have been impounded! That hunk of body part was nowhere near the racing surface and was not in a place where it could have been accidentally hit by a car "at speed".

Chip needs to go with Toyota. He has an established relationship with them in Grand Am via Lexus.

I'd rather have a Toyota made by an American than a Ford or a Chevy made in an outsourced country.

You mean the piece of car that flew off and landed right in the middle of the backstretch? Or one of the other debris cautions where the parts were also in the racing area?

So it looks like RPM may be around in 2011.

Who designed that number though?:yuck:

Dewalt is coming back? Seriously? That has to be the biggest sponsorship surprised I've seen in some time. I do agree though, that number is hidious. They must've attempted to mimic the old Valvoline #6.

I think for this weekend, I'm not gonna care much about the Cup now that this has been seen:

Go Joey :D

So EGR will not switch to Ford. I was thinking to myself, I just couldn't imagine JPM driving a Ford for some strange reason. Anyway, I think it was the right decision to stay with Chevrolet.

Good. Switching to Ford would have rendered them not competitive for a couple years at least.

Sure hope the GT5 Toyota can come through with a win. If that car was rocking GTPlanet.net, you bet we'll want to see that car win! I'm not going to make fun of a Gran Turismo-sponsored car like everyone who ripped cars that raced the 24 Hours of Le Mans with GT colors.

All I know is... none of the top three in the Chase can afford a mistake at Texas. A mistake by any of the top three can be detrimental and pivotal to one's title hopes. Jeff Gordon has an extreme outside chance of winning the title sitting in 4th with 200+ points back. He'll basically need to win all three races and hope the top three screw up bad to have ANY hope of winning. Well, Jimmie Johnson... you're going to have to EARN your 5th successive title with a Chase this close!

Great driving by Elliot Sadler, glad to see him do so well.

Also, the GT5 Gamestop Toyota will start 8th for Tomarrow's Nationwide race.

Good luck Elliot and Go Joey!! :D

À step in the right direction for sure! Now which are stickers and which are openings?

I imagine the bottom grill and maybe the bottom half of the top grill are open, that's just a mockup though, seeing as the other headlight is the current style.

From,
Chris.

Nationwide race is one right now. You guys in europe can watch the race here. The #20 GT5 car is 9th at the moment.

Running 6th now. Doesn't look like Joey has the car today, though. Seems a little off on the short runs.

I wake up this morning and Kyle Busch won truck race. Now I tune in nationwide race, and look who is leading. Guy's a machine.

Thanks for stream RACECAR. 👍

Finally he runs the GT5 car. This is the same car that we will get with GameStop pre-order bonus. It makes sense that they had planned to use this car on this date (the week of the scheduled release). Anyways, I love the logo on that hood.

Caution out. This is gonna be really tight now.

Well done to Carl Edwards on winning the race, good run by Joey Logano aswell. Last but not least, congrats to Brad Keselowski capturing the nationwide title, thoroughly deserved.
