The simple fact is that we like to send our less skilled people over there, as they get paid more for menial tasks.
They call it the "Brain drain" yet only one of my friends that has moved over there has a tertiary qualification. So I call it siphoning the rubbish :dunce:

hahaha thanks for that seeing how my boss is a kiwi I now feel really low lol :scared:

Great races today guys. I was really happy with my midfield results as I worked my butt off for them lol. Bit dissapointed with a spin with 2 laps to go in race 2. Took me from 6th to 8th. Great scrapping with many along the way including Autech and Emu.
After looking at the replays , it seems im smoking it up more than most and my front tyres suffered more than most , thinking im overdriving and may speed up by "slowing down" Awesome racing guys cyas on track soon :)

great racing today fulch. was a great run autech u and myself had together. hope u enjoyed it as much as me. pleasure racing with u. great job today vh. mr chance thought u had me first race dosen't come much closer, was feeling the heat last few laps. try not to break your truck this week lol. cheers emu.

thx emu race 1 was epic. put the pressure on but you handled it. racing was a bit scrappy looking at replays but i spose it was to be expected with reverse grid. good job vh. quick as ever. good to have you on board fulch. good first race. just needed sid and frutti. anyway points are up pending ragers review. guess the main point out of today after reviewing some of the replays is if you go onto dirt be very careful rejoining track. also braking while following another car was not good. more care needs to be taken.. the last point is when three cars are racing together, if second car gives first car room this dose not mean the third car can bombdive under the second car. guess like i said more care needs to be taken but next week shouldnt be an issue. race will be 1pm next sunday as well

First race was a shocker for me. Second was brilliant bar me forgetting to brake first lap 4th corner until the 100m mark lol. I reckon two more laps and I might have been in for a shot at the podium giving my late race pace. I seem to get quicker as the race goes on, don't know how to read in on that but will be taking it on board as I'm hoping to contest VH more. He deserves a challenge! Epic battling with Fulch and Emu, was a shame to have it end. Fast and clean! I dunno who took out the brake markers but that was a bit difficult to adapt to lol.
Pending ragers review I'd like to suggest stud isn't invited along to the next races, piking out of both races isn't the kind of racer we need especially as he took a few out along the way.

just a couple of things I would like to add. in race 1 rager hit stud slightly which in turn pushed him into shamrock who went off so who do I blame there. stud did miss his brake marker and hit manoc, but as I have done this and as you admitted to autech do I kick out every one who has done this. both stud and manoc dropped out in race one so again do I kick out everyone for the same offence. race 2 stud went off rejoined with dirty tyres. went off again and rejoined the side of the track front of 4 cars causing a pileup. now seeing how Mr Luke also went off in front of me then rejoined only to go off next corner on dirty tyres do I kick him also. and when manoc pushed me off do i call this karma or kick him. guess what I'm trying to say if no one gave me a go when I first started I wouldn't have the friends online that I do now. most of this is my fault for making it reverse grid on the wrong track. I will Talk to stud and rager and work out a solution. but kicking someone out for a mistake to me is not good. if he was driving aggressively and pushing people around I would have no hesitation in removing him from the series but to punish him because I put a slower driver in front of a fast field seems a bit tuff. this series is about mates trying there best but more importantly. it's about mates sharing a common interest with there mates. I had some cracking battles on Sunday with emu, fewzo, manoc, and even rage for a lap and two wide through the corkscrew with him was awesome. I do believe stud is approaching the series in the right manor but just needs more time to come up to speed with how to drive against people, and not a computer. and lets face it if I give no one a go we wouldn't have fulch with us who did him self proud on Sunday. good clean racing. so like I said more care from all of us needs to be taken, and not just shoot one person and blame them for everything

You are quite right, I haven't looked at the replay was just going off memory, so maybe I'm over reacting. Just what I saw as I went past him twice looked real reckless, but as you say it's easy to take for granted the experience we have especially in regards to the stuff such as rejoining after an off, it's easy to get a hot head and bowl on out again:grumpy:.
And unless given a chance he wont learn such things.
So I take back the aforementioned not inviting him along comment, he doesn't deserve that at all. I have a very competitive nature which sometimes gets the better of me 👎

Most impressive was some of the corkscrew maneuvers, I never knew that so many cars could make it through there in one piece 👍

Mr chance, the reverse grid was fu ckin awesome!!!! I saw no problems besides a couple if bumps here and there. The only thing that maybe some should learn is braking and turn in. I'm sure I heard rager say that a few people get together during the week. Maybe we should use this to help the slower drivers learn braking, passing manoeuvres, and better group racing and turn in. I'm more then happy to help out anyone if they would like it. I just found that my braking was about 30 metres later than some people, which when your doing 230 down to a corner, can result in a nasty smack, and ever with their early brakes, they were still running wide. With a race at trial mountain, it will be extremely hard not bump someone if the braking is all wrong. All in all, has been a great series so far. Hopefully Sid and Frutti can participate this week.

I loved the reverse grid aswell , Race 2 was my most action packed race. Id like to thankyou all for welcoming me and giving me a chance to run with you all.
I picked up on a few things from you faster guys which Im trying to adapt my driving style to and would welcome any advice. Having said that , I always stick by " he braked early" exuse to not quite cut it as an exuse lol. It was a very steep learning curve for me about braking early when in a draft . and following a driver for some time to notice his brake markers before trying to out brake him. Im sure you guys are masters of this and some slower guys shouldnt neccesarily be the cause of an accident.
Loved the racing and look forward to many more. btw Chance , did you crack out the dfgt wheel and try with bumper view ?

have spoken with Mr stud and will be at practice 7pm Wednesday. everyone is welcome and please ask Mr Vh or myself any questions you would like. rager will also be present so any questions for a steward will also be answered. Mr stud said he will join in so hopefully we can all show him what we do and he can learn from the rest of us

no Mr fulch was on the old controller. today much to the Mrs disgust, have ordered a g27 with shifter and upgrade spring kit for pedals. over the next three weeks I am building a rig to put her in time permitting so hopefully will soon be a wheelie to. look out then will be 5 secs a lap quicker lol:dunce:

Nice work chance, good to hear. When u say your building a rig, dose that mean its going to have a sleeper and air horns? If so watch out guys, there might be a broken down rig on side of the track in the next few races. He is always breaking down. :)

Good to hear there chance , I was drooling over a g27 in dick smith yesterday. Sweet bit of gear. Im happy with the dfgt atm (squash ball a must lol) and have just posted a pic on your facebook page of my finished setup.
If you want some extra finances for the g27 mate , Im sure my mate will buy your dfgt if you want to get rid of it.

I think the Mrs is eying up a collapsible mount for me as she sent through emails asking about which one I liked best. I think the two chairs plus part of a shelf is getting to her sitting in the lounge :D.

After reviewing replays i have discussed my findings with no_chance and warnings will be handed down.

Reverse grid race was as expected by both chance and I which on a hole was a success in our eyes. Just a quick reminder that we all have a roll to play in those situation, and i now that the red mist can control your actions. But you should not use this as an excuse for your actions.

LOL fair call there Rager. Of course if I knew you had your eyes set on it , I would have backed up on that offer before I even made it. Or I would have offered more so as to ensure my success..... lol. Go for it dude Ill chase one up for my mate from somewhere else :)

Yes, thats right, Fluke did bags winning at the start of the race, we should all hang our heads in shame. I, for one, am very sorry Fluke:guilty:
