Apparently, my friend got Carbon for PS2. She also said that the drift is nothing like the one in NFSU 2; its too jerky and sensitive. And I don't think this makes it realistic, either.
ND4SPD games need to start including changing daytime/nighttime dynamics, it'd be better if you could race not only at day or night, but also dusk and dawn.

BTW, how do you think Carbon compairs to The Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift game (ie: SRS 2) ?????
well, i got it, first time iv never got a nfs game on release day, have more important things taking up my time but i thought id give it a go eventually. the drifting part is a pain, i do like the autosculpt and being able to adjust the vinyls at last! and roof chops woo! if only it had a merc or a 32 ford to use it on![]()
Even better are your opponents, many of whom are figures in the tuning and drift industry. I about had a cow when I realized I could drift against a group called American Touge, made up of Tanner Foust, Alex Pheiffer, Steph Papadakis and Rhys Millen.
Now that I'm done with Carbon, I'll be going back to Tokyo Drift and GT4.
i found this "Need For Speed Carbon: Collector's Edition" at the shops today, anyone got it or know what it is? $89AU![]()
the reward cards are impossibly hard to get.
i mean, you cant get all of them. how can you fill your garage with muscle cars to get one reward card, then fill it with tuners to get another reward card, then fill it with exotics?
ive managed to get the police cruiser and the Fire Truck (which goes 216 MPH đź‘Ť )
i think EA should have spent a bit more time working on the whole reward card setup....
