One thing that I liked about HP is that I could change the X button to the analogs which I use for pretty much any racing game that I play (unlike The Run which forced me to use the R2 and L2 buttons), I really don't like that.

They might retain BP's control scheme because of the Easy Drive controls & what not.

The game will probably function exactly like BP. Except maybe with the circle button to toggle headlights... a useless function in HP3.... but now you can flash someone down in this social game.

Yeah, BP didn't use the O button for anything. It'll be fun flashing someone as you ram them into a wall.

Have to say, when I watched it, it was a complete disappointment. I do have ad blocker so the ads weren't a problem for me. :sly: But so much time was taken up by the other segments and the information of NFS Most Wanted was nothing new. Feels as though it was another "recap" of the same old stuff we saw at conventions like E3... -sigh-

As for the Blacklist takedowns, it sure gives that feel of Burnout Paradise... Although, do you have to chase them and take them down ASAP after the race? Or will it be like BP and they'll respawn on you as you drive around the city? :odd:

I imagine they'll be driving around on the map endlessly. However, in that video, the Aventador totally bailed at the end so I reckon they make the AI "give up" after a certain amount of time so players who have a hard time keeping up with it will certainly be able to take them down.

Either that or the demonstrator in the video couldn't catch up, so the developers had to command the AI. Happens...

Happens, but Criterion is known for actively adjusting the AI's intelligence to match the player's skill level.

Which is stupid. If there's no drive to get better then no one does get better. The AI probably just derped out in the video.

I can never joke with you. -_-

Because you've used "Excuses" on me seriously many times in the past. How am I supposed to tell if that was a joke? Use the silly emotes to illustrate a joke next time.

Here's some vita screenshots for anyones that's interested. The photo's are a bit blurry but it's better than nothing.

Looking good to me 👍

Just got back from playing Most Wanted at the EB Expo and it was AMAZING. Not only did I manage to play single-player and multiplayer on the PS3 but also managed to play it on PS Vita at the PlayStation booth. Like with that Most Wanted race against the Aventador above, I competed in a race against Most Wanted #9 - the Shelby Cobra 427. I beat him with a Ford GT.

@TilDawn I didn't get much time on the Vita so I didn't look at all the mods, however, like with the Long Gear, I found one that was similar. It's called Short Gears and from the description, it mentions it 'improves acceleration but reduces top speed'. Also, I didn't find the soundtrack list either. Plus, you won't believe this but I found out that there's a staggering 100+ Jack Spots in the game.

Wait they didn't beg you to keep your mouth shut? I mean when I played the guy nearly had a heart attack.

Also yes there are multiple spots. They did it to prevent it from being repetitive.

Acetuner, they can ask whatever they want, but be assured when your experiences are positive with the Vita version, please share it :) EA should be gratefull for positive comments.

I already read on neogaf and psvitaforum the positive experiences with the vita version. Cool stuff.
