First of all obviously the worst kept secret, Oberhauser being Blofeld. I mean it wasn't really given away in his mannerisms initially but I was always just waiting for the moment for him to say who he really was.
The first hour or so of the film felt very slow and then everything happens very quickly in the last 40 minutes. As soon as 'C' had been introduced it was obvious he was going to be a villain and likely to buy it at the end. There was no twist or surprise when it was revealed he was working with Blofeld.
Once Blofeld was fully unveiled you knew he wasn't going to die, because they weren't going to bring him back for just one movie. This was pretty much cemented when it showed him with the trademark scar after the first incident, no way he was going to be killed off straight away then. So that made the climax lacking tension, Bond wasn't going to shoot him. Mind you that has a good side, in that of course we have more films to look forward to with the classic Bond master villain, played by a great actor.
Same with Madelaine, after all the deaths for Bond in the previous films it was kinda obvious he wasn't going to lose another one. Of course Bond himself wasn't going to die, and the rest of MI6 had only just been established, so there was very little tension in that regard either.
About the only unpredictable thing was Blofeld and Bond being brought up by the same parents but it doesn't really change much for this movie, it sets up for a great war between the two in future films thought.
Bautista's character was disappointing, had one fight and uneventful car chase with Bond and that was that, with no lines.
It was still fun, and I'd put it well above the awful QoS, but the predictability just kills it quite a bit.
