It was worth the purchase just for 2cv draft races. In fact the last one is still happening, and we started it 6 weeks ago.

No, nobody has ever scanned the ring because it's not really plausible unless they're going to pay the owners to close it for two weeks. Laser scanning takes a long time on even a normal circuit, it would take a long, long time at the ring. So no.

With today technology It can be done with nearly 80 km/h

One system including two rotating laserscanners, two GPS receivers and Two camera's

The processing of the data is actually more work.

I know this for a fact, because we sell and rent out these kind of systems.

I'm not saying that this is how PD did it because I don't know that.
I'm just saying that the ring could be scanned in a day.

Knowing PD the laser scanner will end up scanning the back of the van rather than the road.

i'm 99% certain they will add a scion dealership, or maybe combine scion and toyota into one, who knows.

If they put the FR-S under the Toyota dealership we're probably faded to not see new manufacturers on GT5 ever.

Having a new manufacturer on the NCD will show how flexible the menu is about adding new brands. (new RUFs? PLEASE! lol) 💡

Melding Scion into Toyota makes no sense. Lexus has it's own dealership.

Thing is, they might then need to change the entire dealership layout for just one brand (you know, 3 brands currently neatly stacked on top of each other with 51 brands) which if it included 52 brands one might 'stick out'.
That isn't really an issue at all ofcourse but including 2 more brands would nonetheless conveniently solve this minor discrepancy.

Ẽfini and Eunos are both part of the Mazda dealership though.

They've always been like that, though, going back to GT2 at least (along with Autozam). Scion is already its own separate brand in the game, just with Standard cars.




I honestly think it will be implemented pretty much the same way as the production 86 was.

I hope so, but IIRC the GT 86 in GT5 has a lot of specs missing also doesn't it?
