Cause PD :sly:

They probably tracked down a millimeter of difference between the 2 cars and think we'll be able to feel it while driving.

Anyways, I'm pretty excited for track if it's releasing tomorrow. :dopey:

Dude, all I said is that image doesn't prove they will have a NCD place, which it doesn't.

Explain to me how it not having its own brand badge Does not prove it then and what other way there is to know it'll have its own dealership since we both are looking at a DEMO with only 1 mode. There hasn't been 1 car in Arcade mode that didn't have a dealership so please explain how this doesn't prove it.

Because Toyota and their effort to save their brand so they are having a huge marketing blitz out of it.

I hope the store updates a little early around here.
So I can get some laps in before I leave for Istanbul for a few days

So no time/weather then? That's pretty disappointing. Was hoping the Speedway would have time at least, as there's something cool about doing NASCAR races at night, like at SSRX.

Looking forward to doing some races on there nonetheless, though.

For 🤬 sake. :banghead:

Yup. I suppose that's what he means by next Wednesday. Some people say it like that. It confuses me.

Well, the article says "this Wednesday".

Sorry, what's your problem? I don't recall this track being heavily requested, do you?

Also you seemed to stop replying earlier when you realised you were wrong about laser scanning. Nothing else to add to that discussion?

Like I said, they COULD just send you a copy of the car and it not be in any dealer. They could also have just listed it as Scion on the arcade 1 car demo and in the full game still add it into the Toyota garage. They probably won't and you'll probably be right but that image still doesn't prove anything, it just gives a strong suggestion.

Well I won't be getting this track for awhile since I spent all my $$$ on BF3 Premium.

Hopefully they make it free to use online for awhile, just like Spa and Route X. Would love to have races on here :D

I think I shall vote with my wallet this time and say, this just is not worth it. Maybe a few months ago I would have rushed in and bought it, but times are tough and unless you play online (which I don't) this is just not worth the asking price.

Ok, someone have a link to the US PS blog? Having a hard time finding it.

Standard track? No premium.
Better than nothing I suppose.

Yep, it stirs the pot of interest a bit.

I'd really like to see them make this track free for everyone and then give those of us who paid for TWM the next "new" track for free.

What you now have to ask is, do they really not have any more content (cars) to offer as DLC or are they keeping it all for GT6? I think (and hope) it's the latter, and therefore GT6 isn't too far away.

I just noticed that they have done some work on the track (scenery)

On this photo you can see the Gran Turismo Cafe, which opened in 2009 (long after GT4)

There is a video floating around about pCARS that shows how much scenery work they were able to do with just one week. PD really better get their crap together. It is evident how focused SMS is on making pCARS a stellar game/sim. PD has serious competition.

Uh, no. Two different audiences man, one towards the Sim crowd (PCARS) and one towards average joe (GT).
