The JGTC spec Skylines were indeed RWD, but their engines were RB26DETT's stroked out to 2.7L. Not sure about the Falken Skyline however, it could be the same.

I believe the FALKEN Skyline is bored/stroked up to 2.8 liters. This was mentioned by Dirk Schoysman in the DUKE DVD "Skyline GTR - The 200mph supercar".

If they gonna stroke the motor, why wouldnt they just go to 3L like some skylines out here in Australia.

I need more nurb vids i love the track but both vids released have somehow had some stuff up.

all skyline GTR are 4WD if its not 4WD it would be a Skyline GTS, GTST, 2.5T
Check your facts before you post that, weve just said the GT-R that race in the GT500 are all RWD, NOT 4WD also the GT-R LM is RWD in both road and race trim so your wrong, not ALL GT-R's are 4WD, not even ALL road going GT-R's are 4WD since the GT-R LM wasn't.

If you ask me, I'd love to race the machine otherwise called "Godzilla." Last year, went from 3rd Place to a heartbreaking 53rd Place. Has 4WD, endurance, good drivers, and... oh yeah- NISMO POWER!!! I like the blue color with the Skyline on the road car; the Falken Skyline's one is pretty nice. Only thing is, I have to wait until GT4 is out and find out how to win it. And I'm really getting into Nurburgring Nords recently, so it would be interesting to see what it would be like to race it around Nurburgring Nordschliefe. Should be fun, guys and gals!

Alpha, sorry I didn't reply earlier. I'm trying to download the movie, but the server's on timeout, looks like.

Those horizontal lines (blur effect) is probably because the video is interlaced. It shows only half the lines of one frame and half the lines of another.
No, it was quite obvious a special effect that PD added to the replay. Like I said, it looks bad as a still, but moving it looks great. Download the video for proof.

I downloaded the video back then and if you mean those horizontal lines, I still think that's because the video is interlaced.
The video I downloaded was compressed, no special effects to see. The pic you posted was from the DVD itself, wasn't it?
Anyway, I think those lines are on on the pic you posted because the video is interlaced.
