Yes that maybe true, I asked Sam Collins who commentates for Nismo for the Super GT races, and I asked if they had the same downforce, tyres and power would they be the same speed? He said yes.

Then try explaning to me where the DTM slots in? Grp3 is too slow, Grp2 in your eyes is too fast. So when they bring in the old group c cars from the past are they going to be in Grp2? Are Group C cars as fast as LMP1 cars? No Are they as fast as LMP2 cars? No.

What about if they bring in the old JGTC cars and Super GT cars pre 2014? Old JGTC cars are no faster than current FIA GT3 cars. Will they put these cars into Grp3? Not a chance!

Unfortunatly GT has turned this into a problem, and it might be that because its a problem they might not even add these cars into the game.
It would be great if they further divided each group into subcategories. That way the older SGT/JGTC cars could still be Gr.2, but put into their own sub-groups so they aren't mixed in with the different eras. Same would go for Group C racers for Gr.1, but they could just as well be made into a Gr.C category also. Just don't want old racecars being put into Gr.X because then there's no way to auto BOP them together.

I think we get a new track Gt original Track just saw the supra video on toyota s youtube channel i noticed this writing on this track when i googled it all hits lead to Gran turismos official site check that video

Yes, I tried and got the same result:

Seeing that I wonder what that 119.62.0WW could mean? maybe the reveal date for the street car??

It does look a lot like deep forest turn 1 but my issue is the graffiti, which IIRC has never been on a version of Deep Forest. Another location from that same video looks a lot like Special Stage Route 5.

The graffiti is probably just for the video, but it's definitely not PD's 3D modeling/art style, so whoever rendered it put the graffiti on track as a hidden nod to PD themselves. As it is, any resemblance to GT tracks is probably mere coincidence.

Maybe Deep Forest has developed a new lore, being such a staple of the series. The track graffiti making it seem like a time honoured track with Nordschleife style importance within the fictional GT world.

I think The graffiti is an easter egg for The release of The concept in The game

Interesting. Why can this lead to official site? I can't find these words anywhere in code.

If you search only pondorapy, it brings up a newspaper scan from 1883, so that's a dead end too.

looking at all those pics of the Supra I really can't make any difference between it and the FT-1 :D which is currently in the game , so...not really excited about that particular car

Built to GTE spec. What tracks do GTE race at? What's a logical track to see packaged with the GR Supra?

That would be to easy :)

I like the idea of LMP1 and Group C racing each other with BOP, and the option of taking out the BS fake GRP1 cars that don't exist. I guess my problem is I'm a purest, mainly because I have followed Group C, GT1 etc etc all of my life. Same with JGTC/Super GT and DTM.
