New VIP Unicorn Car Battle- UPDATE: DLC Sent Out

I saw a post from the T10 Facebook page. It's a 3-way between the '69 Camaro SS, the '07 Shelby GT500 and the '04 Mugen Civic Type R hatchback. I think the contest starts today and ends Friday the 20th. If someone could confirm? Winner of the battle gets sent to all VIP members.

My vote is for the Camaro SS but all three are welcome as I don't own any of those unicorns.

As I mentioned in the first post, it's for VIP members which I assume are people who bought the limited collectors edition.

EDIT: I just checked and it looks like the Camaro SS is about 1500 votes ahead right now.

That's how it works from my understanding. I am new to the Forza community which is why I am not 100% certain. But I have the LCE and we got the 427 Cobra not too long ago. This seems like the same thing. But it isn't always a unicorn as the 427 Cobra can be purchased in game it is just this battle is for unicorn cars.

Yeah. The voting is taking place on FB. And they gave out the Cobra at the beginning of December unfortunately. But yeah, I saw a lot of people complaing about the choice of the DLC or that the Camaro SS will win cause there is already a '69 Camaro just not the SS. Me, I don't care. Free unicorn is a free unicorn. Any of these are fine with me.

Is there something special about the 07 Gt500 over the one in game? You'd think the younger one would be the unicorn.

Can't say I follow the later models. Maybe Wikipedia holds the answer?

Can't say any of them wow me, but the winner will be free, so I can't complain.

I'd hope it was the Camaro, simply because I've never had it in previous Forzas, the Mugen Civic is fugly thanks to the body kit and I used the GT500 in FM3.

Stock tune is a bit like driving a boat but it tunes up to C for the Chevy challenge quite nicely.
