Next Update?

Have I missed something?

I can't see a thread/discussion for the next update like there usualy is.
I've searched and can't find anything, I'm thinking either Im blind and just can't find it, theres going to be no more updates and I just missed the thread on that, or everyone's just given up on updates 🤣

Nobody's made one yet, probably because we already know it's coming in January some time and will probably add the IONIQ 5N and Gran Turismo F3500-A - both of which have threads (even if one descended into doltishness, because of the electric bogeyman; edit: oh, there he is) - so there's not a lot of motivation to discuss what's probably going to be just one unknown car

I mean…

Its 99% not:

- VR hud update(or anything to do with vr)

- work on the physics system(bouncybouncy!)

- work on the ffb system for wheel users

- Implementation of Full Force for Fanatec users

- new track

- modern gr3/4 racing cars

I find myself wondering more about ac evo, than the nonsense pd puts into patches.
..and i don’t even have a pc..

Basically we know around 67% of the next shilouettes that Kaz will post, not so much fun trying to predict only 1 or 2 cars🤭🤭🤭

Have not played gt7 for like 2 weeks now, if this is just a standard 3 car update i will not come back, then i rather wait 2-3 updates before jumping back in,
There is couble of cars that could bring me back even if it just would be 3 cars, but it would be have something like BMW m5 e60, Ferrari 812 superfast or mclaren 765lt.

I was looking at the history of updates around Christmas and realized that there was a certain pattern. Everytime there is a month without update, either December or January. But if you do the car count for the updates that come before and after, we have 10 new vehicles each time.

• 12/2022 (5 cars) & 02/2023 (5 cars).
• 11/2023 (7 cars) & 01/2024 (3 cars).
• 11/2024 (5 cars) & 01/2025 (?).

I don't have datas from GTS updates, but I wouldn't be surprised if we get 5 new cars for January.

You listed cars you wished would come, in order to rekindle your interest in the game. A list of wishes. A wishlist.

And the 38th post from 1,998 (well, a little more) to mention the E60 M5 specifically. Which makes for about 2% of all your posts here, ever.

Interesting stats… although with PD you never really know, it would imply there is a small chance of a 5 car update, 2 of which we already know about, so maybe potentially 3 more cars It would be cool if they brought back the ‘old’ Monza and Brands Hatch like they did in GT6 shortly after the Senna cars were released to accompany the ’90s style F1 car…

I think you are mixing that up with the thread of the "My first Gran Turismo" demo.
A lot of people had the (unfounded) hope that it would add stuff from older GT games. But that hype was completely unfounded.
