I know it will never happen, but the Vikes should start shopping AP around as we aren't going to be going to the Super Bowl anytime soon and he only has a few years left before he falls off a cliff like most RB's do when they hit 30.

Andrew Luck is the most overrated player in the NFL. Never seen somebody with only 7 TDs and 3 picks get hyped so much

Colts are overrated. Remember when they got beat by the Dolphins at home? Because no writer in America does.

Giving up a 1st round pick for Trent Richardson was a mistake that will set the Colts back at least one year. I only say Luck is overrated because people are already saying he will be the best QB of all time, was the best NFL ready prospect of all time, etc etc, but his numbers, although good, have not lived up to the hype.

He was better than Peyton Manning in his first year. Luck is the best QB to come out since his draft for sure.

I always thought Luck was the best followed by Wilson (because my roommates used to make a huge fuss over him on NCAA) followed by Tannehill followed by Bob Griffin with one knee.

Luck is a better athlete than all of them, pound for pound. RG3 measured the best but they don't measure bad mechanics which perhaps contributed to his knee blowing out. If Russell Wilson was an Asian chub taller, he would be starting for the Browns. Eat your broccoli, kids.

Peyton Manning is the best of all time. We won't find out about Luck for another 15-20 years.

I know everyone has already annointed Luck as the next Peyton Manning, but for me the jury is still out.

Hes a better QB then Brady who came into the league after Manning?

Im going to wait and see. QBs usually show you their potential by year 3-5, and then we will know.

At the moment he has the luxury of a top 5 running game along with stud receivers across the board, but hes putting up just 'average' stats.

Luck is a very good qb but he is still young. He's the best from 2012 draft like Omnis said

Of all time? Nah, I'd say Terry Bradshaw or even Brady get that title. Manning without a doubt aged like fine wine, but super bowls unfortunately make the argument of who's the best of the best.

Meanwhile, in Chicago, Cutler is finally becoming the QB we traded for. Unfortunately our defense of all things is the hindrance to our team. That and special teams to an extent. Hopefully Chicago can take one in RG3's backyard and go into the bye with a 5-2 before facing THE test of the season: The Fudge Packers.

Edit: Montana also...Thanks for the reminder Danoff. :dunce:

Keep in mind Brady's team has lost the last two superbowls he played in.

Winning superbowls is all about the team you're on. Football is a (the ultimate) team sport. Judging QBs by number of SB rings is beyond ridiculous. Otherwise Brad Johnson (or Joe Flacco) is a better QB than Dan Marino.

...and how you could leave Montana out of the short list is beyond me.

Terry Bradshaw? Joe Montana would like to have a word with you when it comes to winning Super Bowls and the discussion of all time great quarterbacks.

The 2013 season for the Houston Texans is now even more star-crossed. Danieal Manning is done for the season with a knee injury. This is another key injury to the team including Owen Daniels, whom we won't get back until December. So the Texans will have to do the "Next Man Up" deal to ensure confidence in the team. This season is only a lost cause for us Texans fans if you thought the Texans should be unbeaten or have one loss by now. There is still plenty of time to turn around any season.

Think about this way, at least the Texans are not as bad as the Bucs or Giants.

I agree with the other guys Joe Montana and Dan Marino have to be on that short list if all time greats. I used hate Marino with a passion because he always seemed to have his best games against Jets. Him and the Marks brothers

Tonight, feathers will fly in the desert between two breeds of fowl. The Arizona Cardinals will welcome the Seattle Seahawks to University of Phoenix Stadium. Can Arizona tame Seattle? We shall see tonight.

There's been talk about possibly a Thursday Night doubleheader in the future. With all due respect, I likely will watch college football or an NBA game on Thursday night rather than any Thursday night football game, especially any earlier in the season. The Thursday night stuff should really be for later in the season when not having to contend much with college football. I'll certainly keep tabs later this season when my Texans play at the Jaguars on a Thursday Night game slated later this season.

So there are two topics of discussion for you- tonight's SEA at ARI game and the prospect of a possible Thursday night doubleheader in the future.

As long as we put Sherman 1v1 on Fitz, I think we'll be ok on that side of the ball. And I'm not too big of a fan on the Thursday games in general for the NFL.. so double headers would be overkill.

THIS JUST IN...

...With the injury to Matt Schaub, Case Keenum will start in place of Matt Schaub this Sunday afternoon when the Texans play at the Kansas City Chiefs. It will be good to see Case Keenum get turned loose this weekend. A lot of things will need to go the Texans' way for them to take down the Chiefs.

I think two thursday games is not a good idea. Thursday games should only be at the beginning of the season and Thanksgiving. I'm glad Case Keenum will get a chance to start

With how things are going for the Chiefs, I don't expect them to have too much trouble with the Texans.

N. Suh's bank account just gets lighter and lighter. His hit on B. Weeden was met with a $31,500 leading with the crown of his helmet to the chest of Weeden.

We may as well play The Price is Right on how much money in fines Suh will accumulate before he calls it a career (without going over, course). He's already somewhere past $370K .

Neither team in tonight's game had an O-line. However, the Hawks have only two starters playing (Technically three, but McQuistan normally plays guard, not tackle).

Once we get our line back up in full, along with Harvin (soon :) ), everyone better watch out!

Lol, Marshawn's reaction to pass the ball on 3rd and 1 at the 1 yard line.

It's go time, GTPlanet! Unless your team isn't playing this week, it's time to get psyched about another Sunday of NFL action. Good luck to all of your teams.
