I had a blast racing with you guys today, In race 3 ricky really put the pressure on my as he walked my gap down and stayed on my bumper for a solid 3 laps, but he couldn't make me crack lol.đź‘Ť

Just wanted to to say one last comment on week two. Today I had to do about 4 hours of yard work and about 1/2 the time my thoughts were on the dogfight that went down at BH Indy. I really did throw everything but the kitchen sink at you and you handled it like a rock hard veteran. Looking forward to round two at Brand Hatch GP. You tell 'em I'M coming... and hell's coming with me, you hear?... Hell's coming with me! :mischievous:

Lol, you just made my morning. I'm gonna be thinking about this all week.:scared:

You guys realize this isn't really the best idea, right?

femki admitted the mistake, and all this rehashing of a bad decision made in the heat of the moment is going to do nothing but cause bad feelings. I'd appreciate it if we could drop it.

 to many more great races on :gtpflag:

Sorry about not turning up at the weekend, my internet has been playing up and I've not been able to get online at all :( It seems to have all started from the first week of this season, got booted from all the races iirc, then the then the 2nd week nothing at all :( not having much luck! BT have just gone and it seems to be fine now, hopefully I can have a successful race this weekend!

Sorry again, especially to Manny!

I think i need to play around more with my g25 settings.
I thought i had it set up rite after the leguna seca race with the gayardos, but it seems its the only car its good with.

the turn in is not enuf but the sensitivity is 100% so it has to be the lock but i 300 as it is.
also brakes are too sensitive for my driving style as when braking for a corner they come on too strong and lock up to easily, and now i am starting to late brake when i can and early brake when i have too the brakes are becoming an issue.

cant you just change the low or high speed steering settings on the car mate?
actually ignor that the slower you are the better

nice group we have this week
best behaviour now
remember big brother is watching

I was just wondering the ratio of wheel to pad users in the league? and who uses a manual compared to auto transmission?

I use the gamepad and manual gears.

Hey HOG, I'm using a G25 too and I had that same issue with the brakes and the accelerator. Try setting the sensitivity on the brake and throttle back to 40% or even lower. That will give you more forgiveness on the brake lockup and prevent the tires from spinning in the low speed corners.

By the way I use manual gears with the slower cars (rating 6 and under usually), and auto with the faster cars. Someday I'll go all manual, but when things are happening so fast (like in the Zonda or Lotus) I find it easier to focus on the driving when I let the car do the up-shifting for me. (I control the downshifts in Auto).

:lol: well the speed settings slows the responsiveness so i leave it at 0% i am planning to have a goos session on the wheel and dial in some settings.

I use the gamepad and manual gears.

G25 manual H pattern with clutch, i cannot stand auto i find its always in to high of a gear so i have to keep knocking it down manually and if i have to do that i may as well just do it in manual lol.

i like the H pattern and clutch but some times it is a little hard to cope with 3 pedals and H shifter tight tricky corners and fighting off you guys

Manny i know what you mean took me a long time to get to grips with this game because i had to learn so much at the start no assists full manual and clutch and its took a while but i am there now, its hard for a while but it just became second nature after a while.

I use the DS3 with auto gears. On saturday nights I like to listen to music when racing so if I used manual I would be even worse as I wouldn't be able to hear the revs. Also, I don't know the tracks that well and I don't practice enough to know what gear I should be in. When I played GT4, I used manual as I knew pretty much every track :D

I'm on wheel with Automatic transmission, there is no time for me to think about the gearing.

G25 manual H pattern with clutch, I find it hard to drive with the paddles or in manual.

Only thing I don't like about the H shifter is when I put it in first it sometimes will be in gear 3 in game, and same with 2nd it tends to go into fourth during gameplay sometimes although its in the correct position on the shifter.

Maybe you should try manual - semi (push UP to change gear up and push DOWN to drop gear).

In G25 you can switch from H pattern to UP/DOWN in my humble opinion it's easier.

Hey HOG i thought you were recording our group races,as usual, aren't you gonna post them?

i use a pad with accelerate & brakes on the stick in manual the only flaw with this is you cant left foot brake

nor look back or right...đź‘Ž:grumpy:

you can look back it triangle mate

just for you mate i thought i'd show off a few of my other cars in the post your cars section:tup:

That is the one flaw, but I find it much easier to control throttle with the analog right stick than R1 and L1. If you couldn't tell, I'm on a pad.

i agree on this to

still friends mate?

over reacted somewhat the other night soz
i'v had nothing to winge about a week:tup:

Yeah thats as close as you can get to pedals sensitiveness i a ds3...:grumpy:

I use the driving force gt wheel, and have been using manual consistently now for about 2 weeks. I like using manual but it works best when you know the track.

Yep, i know is just that in the other control config. you can look to the sides with Right analog stick...

BRING THEM ONđź‘Ť

I'm wondering ,as usual, about which car to use in the 10 rated race i was pretty confident in mine EVO IX but i went with Shelby GT.500( 10 rated) into my test track-Silverstone Natinal-and was about 3 secs faster so...đź’ˇ

just as well silverstone is a stock race, tune for donington my friend

Yeah i was just figuring out which car is faster,or at least norrowing down the options, in that class-and for that the best track for me is silverstone-national the small one that derives just at maggotts-because i can pretty much do even laps ,one after the other, and figure out which car is really faster and not the one i did better in a specific lap...those muscle cars with enourmous bhp seem to have the lead...
