I mean, right now your catback exhaust is already too large for your NA motor so you arent even netting that much from it. Hell, for what its worth, I drove around on stock exhaust and stock silvia downpipe for my 500 mile break-in on my SR20.

Dont think I dont think your ride isnt pretty, because it is. Its just kinda humiliating when you think of how much money you've spent on it and you still cant touch an automatic V6 mustang with a soccer mom driving it.

Oh yea, quick word about HE's. If you wanna drift, thats all good, but if you are thinking about autocross, I'd steer clear of the HE. I'm getting the RA's myself.

i don't care about power, i guess i'm a ricer. i'm trying to keep my car smog legal and if i get pulled over, i don't want cops to make a grocery list of what's under the hood. i'm happy with the KA's torque and power, even though the figure isn't that high. and you should know i can easily take a v6 mustang, i have before and i'm sure there will be more in the future :P

and i do drift, even with nothing but my tein s.tech springs and strut tower bars, so i'm looking forward to upgrading to something stiffer and with higher quality than the stock shocks. i've always loved the way HE's feel, so i want some for my car. alot of my friends have HE's, and they really love it too. and the only reason i'd autocross is so that i can "accidentally oversteer" and not get a ticket for it :P

thanks for the suggestions though, it's appreciated.

what's stupid about it? i WOULD like to see you do it, or even see a picture of your car.

I hope to god you arent really doing that stuff in an area like that. Doing your thing in your car is all good, but keep it to regulated areas. There is nothing cool about reckless driving on public roads, especially in residential areas...

trust me man, it's all safe. we had people on each side of the road keeping watch, and making sure nobody happened to come onto the road. that was a one-time thing that we only did for the picture, and the road is contained enough to where i know that no car is gonna just pop out on me. down the road the way my car is pointing, about 50 yards farther from the corner, is the end of that road, it's a cul de sac. everybody knows everybody, and my friend went around to all his neighbors' houses and told them what was up and made sure it was okay with them first. we kept it as safe as possible.

as the founder of this club Im gonna say no on the angry mob thing, this is for discussing silvia's 240SX's and 180SX's, not ragging on other manufacturers.
Believe it or not hondas can be made fast despite their reputaions they're not bad cars, so think before you speak next time.;)

I'll post some pics of my car once I get done installing my Cusco Zero2 coilovers (1800 dollarades, shiat...). They came in today, but some of the hardware didnt come with it... I had to trek all over this little crapbag Texas town to find some 12mm fine thread bolts so that I could finish the front. I didnt have time to do the rear before the Auto Hobby Shop here on base was getting ready to close.

that's cool, i'll try to take some pictures tonight too. my team is having a little barbecue at my friends house, i think it's only going to be 3 or maybe 4 cars, but oh well... some pictures are better than none, right?

A friend of mine bought a second hand racing bucket seat for his 180sx that came from a R33, the three of the four holes in the rail fitted and the fourth was off by about an inch, with abit of fabrication no problems.

nope, they will fit on the standard seat rails (all S13/180/S14/S15 front seats can be interchanged)

5min DIY job.

FYI, later gen 180SX seats = S14 seats. Same thing, cept they say 180SX all over them.
