Obviously beatable but 7:13.437 with the Aventador (tire degradation, real grip, and on the variable time of day track... so obviously not worth recording). The car should be able to do close to a sub 7 minute time if not sub 7. It is SO much better than the SV. None of this high speed oversteer crap. Even with more power it does not have the top end of the F1 and cannot hit 200mph before the Bilstein bridge. That being said, it is infinitely easier to drive.
On a side note, I really like how certain areas of The Ring now properly cause the car to go airborne. From Bergwerk to Klostertal you can really feel the car get loose over the elevation changes. I noticed this in the Vantage when I went to take pictures. The suspension was fully unloaded in certain parts, which I did not notice before (pre 2.00). One thing I wish they would do is increase the grip reduction of the curbs. IRL they are very slippery and there are specific ones you cannot hit without loosing traction (no matter the car). While some curbs will jolt your car, most do not do it enough. This is a flaw with GT5 in general (trying cutting corners in iRacing on Leguna... it won't work). But The Ring in particular is very dangerous to cut.
