Again, you are completely misinterpreting things. I'm not wanting or forcing anyone to agree and I'm well aware that people have opinions, I disagreed with his posts (which came off as him posting his opinion as fact) and posted factual reasons that I disagree. How exactly is me disagreeing with his point in anyway just me not wanting to "handle it"? How am I just wanting you two to agree with me?

The Mach 1 might be similar, but not identical. The car's dimensons are still way off, not to mention the interior that will require a great deal of work as well. While writing this, I realized that the last year's winner was the 1967 Nova. There's a big difference between that and the 69' Nova in GT6, which makes your point moot in this case.

Yes they aren't the same but similar, this mean they will not have to start from ground zero and can use them as a base which just need to be remodeled. This might have influenced the choice of the winner.

Using this theory, they could start with a base car, and remodel it as anything they want. In which case, why would you claim they only choose SEMA winners based off current in game cars?

Pretty sure the only GT award cars that look incredibly similar to machines already in the index is the Red Devil and the HPA TT, and even the Red Devil has a different interior, stance and details to the stock Z2/8 Camaro, the HPA TT is rather similar but not quite there, and the Trans Cammer, C1 Corvette, G37, Mach 40, and '67 Nova have vastly different bodies to the machines that are already in, Mary Pozzi's Camaro is the only Second Generation Camaro in the game so far.

The Red bull Hangar 7 Runway used in the X2010 introduction video and the game intro itself, albeit never used in game.

That's been a long time beef I've had with photomode. There's been many times I've wanted to do an "aerial" shot, but only allowed to get 10 feet off the ground.

it's probably locked to avoid showing unfinished off track parts that are normally hidden. But yes, i would love it!

Well this has been interesting. To me it seems like it would be easier to just scan the new cars than to try and reshape models of other cars to match the SEMA cars.

Also, notice how someone jumped in to defend someone being negative about the game without having any actual idea of what was going on...
