Don't get me wrong i ain't taking sides but honuestly what good would it do to ban him ? He has had his slap on his fingers , and he appoligised . There is more then enough BS ( nonsence might sound less offensive here but still ) posted here on a daily basis . This way who knows he might find someone to talk to about his situation ( problems ) .

I haven't asked for him to be banned.
When I first joined here I posted in "text speak", that got me an infraction, I got another for a reason I can't remember, although I'm sure someone will visit my profile and take great pride in telling me.
Then I see people posting blatant lies time and time again, a clear violation, and nothing gets done? Where is the consistency?
It's not just a pop at the guy I'm talking about now, it happens a lot. I can't post links to certain threads/posts because I'm on my phone.
I may be on my own here, but it's really annoying. I'm sorry if I sound like a old lady moaning about nothing.

Never said I came clean. I still do live in Kosovo, but for some 🤬 reason, it shows my old IP. I didn't want to get banned or infracted, so I changed my location because Scaff said that it still read my old location. *sigh* And I showed my evidence on my thread.

I never said you did ( ask for a ban i mean ) and I understand you're point of vieuw . And yes sometimes a Moderator might react to certain things different on a monday then on a friday ... They are humans like the rest of us ( alltho with some that might be a whole different discussion
... just kidding , just kidding ) No seriously it might feel unfair at certain times but we need to keep in mind as well that these forums are so active 24/7 it is hard to keep everything correct 100% ...

Can I ask how long you have had access to the moderation side of GT Planet?
I only ask because that would be the only way you would know what action had or had not been carried out against a member with regard to the AUP.
Any action that is or is not taken is between the staff and the member in question (just as it was for your warning) and no matter how much you kick and scream we are not going to change that.

Well, I don't think that level of sarcasm was called for.
Also, if it is none of anyone else's business, then why put it on my public profile page? And looking at the profile in question, I can see no action has been taken.
Like I said, it wasn't a shot at the person, just simply that the action goes seemingly unnoticed a lot.

The reason for that is that you're in the USA.
It's not massively complex. Unless your device has discovered some way of connecting to the internet from a domestic router 7,000 miles away, your device is behind a domestic router in Connecticut because your device is in Connecticut.
The IP address is fixed to the router you use to access the internet, in Connecticut. The one you've always used to access the internet. On this and your previous account - where your location was set to Connecticut and your avatar was set to an Albanian flag.
So. Your next move seems kinda obvious. Since your previous account was banned, our next move is quite obvious if you choose wrong.
You can only see your own.
Just as you can't see anyone else's, no-one else can see yours. Except the staff, natch.

Scaff, I had finished discussing this, I said I was sorry for moaning, explained why it bugged me, and left it.
Also I never stood on any roof, hypothetical or otherwise. I was simply stating my opinion, if I am to be scolded for that, then so be it.
I wasn't starting down any kind of road with my last post. I can't see what you thought I was trying to do.

Just for the record, MisterWhiskers has provided the proof that was asked for in regards to the car. His true location is still open to suggestions
