It doesn't look much like england to me, we had rain lots of rain last night and it looks to dry for that to have happened, its also been pretty dull all week before that so it couldn't have been taken then either.

That pic almost certainly isn't taken in England.

I'm guessing at best it was taken last summer. Look at the grass and the bushes. Entirely too green for winter.

Hey wanted to post a few pics of my s2k with a hardtop, i got it in black used worth it as i dont see any damage,should i paint it? Yes i took the plates off as i was putting my personal ones on anyway =)

I was just about to post that link. Kids these days are getting lazy.

Plus the one that ManicMitch claimed to be his didn't have the long European plate cutout, but the North American plate cutout in the bumper; and it's missing the European rear fog light.

Well he claims he didn't change his details when he moved to the US, so since the thread at the S2K forums was started May of last year, we'll see what he says.

He joined in Dec. 2010 & set his location to England.

Nearly 4 months later, and now he's claiming he forgot to change his location to America.

At this point, an IP check is all that is needed.

As Famine already said, he's been busted by an IP check, which is pretty much the KO.
