i get the feeling amar is talking about a new system, ps4 maybe??? personally i would love to see it on pc
This post scares me because it sounds like he's talking about PS4?
We all expect GT5 to have all the tracks we love from GT4 and have multiplayer
This would not be so big we can't imagine unless he is taking about the ginormous news that PS4 is coming
Somethine else is cooking but we can't imagine the price? Price of PS4? price of another Prologue demo? I don't expect Sony to give us GT5 for $20 so what could be a price we can't imagine (HOLY CRAP COULD IT BE GT5 FOR FREE IF YOU BOUGHT PROLOUGE)
And the third thing is also in the oven, but you can't even imagine it's even baking. And besides that third thing there is something else in the oven, I'd say it's the oven itself.
PS4? We knew GT5 was coming and Forza3 already has livery editor so track editor? I don't see what could be so amazing other then PS4
Okay I'm done with my Paranoia![]()

PS4? Not for at least another four years.
Sure it's just speculation one way or another, but there isn't any actual evidence or precedent or even a sound reason for there to be a PS4 any time soon.
Not only is the PS3 hardware and software selling very well (despite what some have suggested), but just look at history. From a technical standpoint, when the PS2 was first released nearly nine years ago, it was not nearly as technically advanced as similar products as the PS3 is today... and despite MS releasing a technically superior console nearly two years later, Sony didn't release the PS3 until the end of 2006, nearly seven years after the PS2... and even now, the PS2 continues to sell.
Not only that, but unlike the PS2, PS3 is continually updating it's features thanks to the existing hardware and regular firmware updates.
There is just no logical reason for Sony to release a PS4 even in the next four years, let alone this year or next or even 2011. They already have an entry level console that continues to sell well (PS2), a state of the art console who's sales are steadily growing (PS3) and who's manufacturing costs are finally coming down, so why on earth would they spend hundreds of millions of dollars to launch a brand new console... especially in the current state of the global economy?
Hype and speculation based on very little to no information, reasoning, precedence, etc... is likely worth what someone paid to get it.

I think one thing that has not been mentioned yet is that GT5 might be going 3D.
Remember that article from a while ago that they had showcased GT5P in 3D? Maybe that's one of the things.
I can presume full 3D menu that noone of us here can even imagine what will looke like. Some bastard of GT4 World Map and GT5scroll menu, but in full 3D.
You expected there to be?
Wait, you have actual news on the PSP2? Link please. When even news about new hardware, PSP2, and the biggest titles, Gods of War 3 etc., flows, yes I did, at the very least, expect Sony to announce a date for a press event or such.
I think it's been mentioned in this mountain-thread but I don't recall seeing the suggestion: If what's cooking is GT5, the oven could be Polyphony and not the PS3. So maybe big changes at PD.
"EA buys Polyphony Digital..." I'll keep a bullet in the chamber just in case :suicide:
I would love to see GT series on PC as well. They would have more POWER to work with, more flexible, more cars on screen. damange, weather, etc etc.. on PC there are no limits.
I would give PD a go for PC!👍
By the way if PS4 comes out.. It would be 2012, somewhere around December? (cough cough 21st cough) hahah!
PD is Sony, Sony is PD.
No, its not that easy.
First: Kazunori Yamauchi is the Vice President of Sony Computer Entertainment Japan.

I think PD is out of business, GT development has been stopped, and we all are gone to suicide together.
I WANT SOME NEWS PLEASE! THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS! THIS POST!
If you have something to say, say it and that's all. If not, just shut up!
Please.

lol.. someone needs a holiday.
Seriously, dont like it, dont read it.. i'd rather have the good man Amar say something cryptic like this, instead of saying nothing.
If you knew what amar has posted in the past and what he does for a living, you would understand this is something to get excited about and you would not have written down such a poor post to begin with.
take it or leave it, literally.
We all expect GT5 to have all the tracks we love from GT4
Having all the tracks from all versions of Gran Turismo should be easier than having all the cars from GT3 plus a number of Ferraris, unless I'm overestimating something. I actually expect this, and at least 500 cars on the disc.We do? I don't.
Both of those are fan-made mock ups that have been floating around for years now. I am looking for actual real news. There is none.
