LOVEISDEAD from what I saw yesterday, you dont know the meaning of the word respect or a gentlemanly race. I saw you punt me and other repeatedly and for no reason.

I race clean all the time, so you cannot say you are retaliating against me. You were punting me every time I was ahead of you and even in a 1 on 1 race. Grow up.

OMG that was yesterday and I said I apologize. When did I say I was retaliating against you? I said I don't care and that I will try to keep fair distance under braking from now on. I mean no harm now ok? it's just that some cars have different characteristics, some slow down faster, other cars not as fast so the speed differential allows room for cars coming into contact. From now on, I'll keep distance for errors so hopefully we can settle this matter like this at this point and move on.

Also on a closing note, after saying what you had intended to say, this goes to most people that have been affected by me, call inappropriate names or remarks at the end of your sentences. Eg) something something this and that. "Grow up" "I'm gonna smack your mother" Show a little class, and don;t bring up yesterday's news anymore. We've already killed that horse so let's move on.

OK, sorry, I did not read the whole thread, just remembered cursing your name last night a couple of times.

Telling someone to grow up based on the behaviour you displayed last night is not a stretch, but I will take it back since you already got hammered by others and seem to be reasonable. No hard feelings, let's see how we do in a clean race.

Cheers.

Shouldn't you do that anyway? Isn't that racing

Hey Heli-Eric, good racing!!
You had showed me your turn 1 trick at Suzuka before, this time when I drafted you I went inside so you wouldn't streak by me!!:D

Had a couple of good races with GTP_Redline too!

On a sour note I now consider LOVEISDEAD to be a legitimate target for a pre-emptive strike!!
The guy is a total menace!

What is up with these guys bringing 500pp cars to the 750pp races??
Moving chicanes is all they are!!

I have a turn 1 trick?? ... more likely it's just my lame driving. I hate going off there, so I often undershoot it. I do enjoy racing you. I believe it was you I gave a point-by to last night in the esses. When are we gonna get turn signals and a *HORN* in these street machines??

Look, obviously I'm not a pro so there's room for me to improve. I don't recall seeing you on GT5 OnLine so this issue doesn't involve you, so send me your personal comments, questions to peers who might agree with you, to my PM.

Well I for one would like to welcome all newest members to GTP. As new members come in I think they come to understand the whole patience issue on passing.(when-where-how) Also I know when I joined I was made alot more aware of what I was doing on the track and am better for it.I'm sure as we race together more and respect each other on the track there will be good times had by all. Sometimes I got remember myself that GT5P is new to all of us and we all are learning at one time or another,so lets race heads up out there and have some fun!👍

if anonymousabe is part of this forum i want to thank him for the 2 great races. ive been video taping them to try and get some good footage for a vid im going to put together and and he gave me some great shots.

Well I thought you had a trick!
When I draft you down the front straight you always go to the right of the track forcing me to pass on the left & that puts me to the outside of you in turn 1 & you would sweep by me on the inside!

My DFGT has a horn button, it shouldn't be that hard to get a horn & be able to flash my headlights to alert the guy I'm passing. flash

PS-City is waaaayyy too wild out there. That elise smokes the corners and he doesn't wait for a safe pass. He just drives through you and there we go off to neverneverland. He is fast for sure just needs to learn the chill skill.:sly:

Last night was my first time racing PS-City and you summed up my experience with him very well.

He had a run on me coming out of Dunlop so I moved off line into Degner, only to be rammed squarely off into the gravel. He carried a lot of speed through turns in that Elise but had no regard for anyone else in the process.

hey, rb, did you see my apology earlier? i punted you once by accident, but then had some great races with. your driving is very clean.

cheers.

This may not be the right forum (somebody point me in the right direction if so), but here're my tuned GT settings - HP:492, Weight:990, R3/R3, Aero:20/35, Height:-15,-15, Spring:6/8, Damper:9/9, Toe:+.25/-.25, Camber:2.5/2.0, Bias:6/4, TCS:1, ABS:3, Final:4.500. My best is 2'01'500, so these may not be the greatest. If I'm racing, I have ASM on (hat's off to you slicecom :), but have it off for lapping. After having tried to run with WonderWilley's Suzuka (US) record ghost, and him on the track, I think the settings leave a good deal to be desired though.

Speaking of him, has anyone else noticed? He just seems to show up at Suzuka every once in a while, screams off into the distance, and disappears. There are some truly fast people lurking out there.
it aint even funny how fast wonderwilly is, i got cocky and thought i would be able to beat him only to be whopped by 6+ seconds every race and it aint even like i was slow because i was a good 5-6 seconds infront of the guy in third place but i just couldnt catch willy. A truly fast racer.

Yeah he's fast for sure. I stuck with him in one race and went for the pass on the inside of 130r on the last lap, but he stayed on the outside and I ended up pushing him wide, so I gave him the position at the finish line. That's the closest I've been to beating him one on one.

He's definitely the king of Suzuka 750pp in my opinion. And it's not his clean air racing ability, it's his ability to dice through the competition CLEANLY! Here I am trying to make my way through a pack and he's already off the front and giving it some go pedal!

I came within' a second and half of greatness against him a few nights ago. It's a real shame he made a mistake as that's obviously the only reason I got that close. :sly:

i saw him too a couple days ago. I'm not a great racer, and had absolutely no chance in my mine's. Perhaps someone should send him an invite...:)

I guess we haven't raced together yet. Wonderwilley is fast, but my encouters with him were dissapointing as I always seemed to get the upper hand.

Having raced against both Div and Wonderwilly, I have to say, Div seemed faster, but I'd love to watch both of them go head to head!

Wonderwilly is a member of this forum just doesn't go by that tag here. I saw him post in the fastest guy you raced against thread I think.

Just had 2 EPIC battles with Shurik_2NR on Suzuka 750pp. He was VERY clean as we traded spots and pulled away from the pack (RavenMaven finishing 3rd both races, me finishing 2nd).

Wow, races like these make me actually appreciate online play a whole lot more! 👍

Hey, Vaxen and Hoot! Nice race at Suzuka 600pp. I tried to catch up to you guys, but my damn steering wheel pulled off the desk again mid-lap. I was lucky enough to make it to the finish line.

Obviously this issue does involve me because I'm a member of this forum just like everyone else. In fact, this issue involves every member of this website whether you agree or not. You don't want to see me online because more often than not you'd be the person to shove me into the wall/sand. Take a poll of people on this site that have raced against me about my racing.💡

Had some fun races tonight, one of them with Moose we went back and forth on the last lap good driving man! I saw you and kingkoopa going at it for a bit that was entertaining, did he punt you eventually? Looked like he was trying to give you the business

PS-City continues to have his blinders on, not willing to take his foot off the gas and getting underneath people. He booted me and putty off in the s-curves, wish he would take more consideration for other drivers. he's fast when you get out in the open but too aggressive in tight areas

OMG, I don't have anything to dispute against anything that you do. I don't care what happened over 48 hours ago in cyberspace. I DON'T CARE! can we please move on? I know what a passionate group of people we are towards racing GT games. It's natural to get hot headed from time to time but seriously we need to close this chapter and open a new one so with your consent, I would like to involve myself in other matters besides this one and call it a day please.

Thank you

PS-CITY, you should join the police force, your P.I.T. manouver far outweighs your driving skill.

You ruined the best race I had on line so far.

I stay away from that user when at Suzuka 750. I'll "sand bag" and race with the rest of the field. He does not count as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, I don't a bit of paint swapping and I could probably be accused of being overly aggressive sometimes too, but its the heat of the moment, and I never go with the intent of intentionally punting someone.

I was having a great race with togueattack and it was completely ruined for no reason other than PS-CITY wanting to win, which he did not in that race anyway. The move was a blatant, purposeful one, I clearly saw it in my mirror.

Kevin, I think I hit you once last night, apologies for that, good racing though.
