Umm i think thats quite late especially seeing that the race wont start till 11:30 pm in nz and finish at 12:30 - 1am.. abit late for the kiwis

Yeah no worries oni.. im usually on at that time anyways so doesn't really affect me to much but was just thinking of the other NZ brothers out their good to see the tracks up their good choice except road indy - =(

Hmm...
Preferably not... I was not at all comfortable with my car in those conditions during the GT500 race. Think I might have to get in some wet, night racing practice beforehand if that is going to happen again!

I was just thinking about your rule which disallows Racing Softs until after lap 5 so as to make the start more interesting and add an extra element to the races. However...
I believe it should maybe be changed to, "no changing to racing softs in the first 15-20 minutes". The problem with the lap system being that, for longer tracks (i.e, Nurb24) we will probably only complete 7-8 laps for entire race distance.
Whereas, by placing a time limit on the minimum racing hard usage time this will eliminate that problem and may even help the back-markers if say the leaders got to the pit lane at 14:30-45 then they cannot pit. However, someone who is trailing slightly may reach the pit lane at 15:00-15 and it is fine for them to pit. Thus, giving them the advantage (if they choose to use it) of having the Racing Softs a lap earlier than the leaders!
Just a thought to try and keep it closer and eliminate any confusion on longer tracks. 👍

Nurburgring 24hr is the only track that is long and will be lap 2 that the pits open which ill remind all before the race. The only down side i see to setting a time limit is the negative effect of drivers slowing down/coasting to get into the pits first causing problems/slowing down other drivers who plan to push longer on hards.
A spot has opened up on the drivers as Spinner had an accident and will not be able to play for awhile so i've moved him to the Wildcards for when he has recovered.

We had a quick run on laguna seca with the s15's set up for grand valley last night. what a handfull it was to get the s15 round there.. its gonna be an interesting first race, specially with quali and first stint on the hard compound tyres.. i expect a lot of off's from just about everyone.. I think trial mountain will be the same thing too.

Trial mountian is my kingdom =)
I am a massive fan of trial mountain, very concerned of the over and under steer factor going through the second sector with the rocks especially on racing hards, laguna seca i am fine until i reach the down hill sections then the car is trying to kill me with my current setup i need to work on.
