Great Racing with Stiggy in race 1 👍
A few times I thought I could break the draft as I was a bit quicker in the middle sector. I had a feeling that if I managed to break the draft I think I could have pulled away. Unfortunatly for me I wasnt able to and we had a cracking battle right up until the last lap!! A mistake from my on the last corner 2nd last lap cost me the chance to slip stream down the straight heading into the last lap
. My only mistake of the whole race. Last lap first corner Stiggy almost crashed but I was too far back to take advantage, then at the end of the lap he was drafting Spinner so I was not able to close any further 
. Smart tactics you buggers

Race 2:
I started on the last row, everyone got off cleanly and after the first few laps I found myself in the top 5. Over the course of the race I had some great battles with various drivers until I managed to break away and attempt to chase down Wayne. With his tyres shot I was able to close massive amounts of time in the last 2 laps but in the end it was not enough and I finished 2nd for the 4th straight race!!. Again I thought what could have been if I was able to get past someone a lap earlier or what ever... But in the end I'm very happy to be so consistent!
It does beg the question though... What do I have to do to win a race!!??!

Disappointing racing from my view point, who bumped me off the track at the first corner in the first race? And stig calling me a 🤬, weather it was a joke or not, is completely uncalled for and downright distasteful, considering your accusations were totally unproven.
The contact was severe enough for my car to again sustain damage to the right axle, made a good effort to pass half the field, but on lap 7 I lost it at the first corner and slammed into the wall, difficult to control the car when you're forced to make a 30 odd degree compensation, in frustration I walked to the shops without realising that there was a race 2. **** happens, cheers.

Mate, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I followed you around for a good 4 laps. Every single lap at the last corner, you'd dip a wheel in the grass to get a good turn in, some goes for turn 3, and the fast chicane. Whether it was your inner cheatingness taking over, or you just doing it, I don't know, but you were doing it and you most certainly know that you gain an advantage from it, ie SLS challenege.
I called you what I called you, because after I cought you cheating, you pushed roota off the track while he was on a fast lap, and you had just come out of the pits. And 2 laps later when I was starting a fast lap, you slowed to almost standstill at the first corner. Totally dissrespectful, whether I called you the word in question or not.
Take your anger out in a message or something like that, not on the race track where you can ruin someones race/qualifying session. This is twice you've done this now, and hitting other cars, or parking in front of them is unacceptable.
If anyone found my language offensive, I'm sorry, but I had to say what I felt, and to be hounest, Dan deserved ever word I threw at him.

This is taking forever. The first 75% went in about 10 minutes, the rest has taken about an hour. It's down to 99 seconds, but 1 seconds takes around 10 real seconds. Ahh this is torture. My internet is never this slow!

Upgraded from the DFGT to the G27, just finished building a cockpit for it...
And by cockpit I mean a plank screwed onto a wooden filing cabinet.
Bit dissapointed with the limited DLC tracks, but it is cheap, and there will surely be more
EDIT: Oh yeah, how tripped out is Kart Space!
I'm feeling some sweet drifting pics coming on...

It doesn't come out until 18th of this month, and you can download it from the first menu on GT5. The button is on the far right, it's an arrow facing forward I think

DLC is released in the 18th of Oct.
To download is easy.. there is a download button in the GT main menu. Just click on it and it will show any content available to buy and just buy from there. Simple as that.
BTW just did an arcade race with 10 laps and AI set to professional and AI level 10 (option menu) as well as having the tyre load on screen (intrusive).. had a good race.. they put up a fight and wont give the racing line to you.. only bad thing is.. once you pass them they give up the chase.

I had seen there were posts on here about long download times so I actually thought it'd be smart to put a DVD on to watch while waiting . . . download was done in less than 15 minutes

Good news about Spa in the DLC.
And the WRX Touring Car, that'll be my signature car from now on.
I've got another trick I can try with my internet which is basically replacing cables, Otherwise, I might try building a cockpit and sticking it in the living room. It would be completely out of place and suck donkey balls but it would enable me to go Wireless with some results.

Good racing gents, in Race one I tagged my teamie Evan coming into the tunnel on lap one thanks to the 2012 earthquake we had but thankfully didn't hurt his chances 
Had a good little tussle with Wayne later on and over took around lap 9ish after he had a big moment on the last bend. Managed to hold him off for a lap or two but he was clearly faster and rightly claimed his position back.
Race 2 for me from pos.3 on the grid but and as I mentioned earlier, my TV cracked a fruity and decided it would paint a fat black line down the screen, not enough to make it unusable but enough for me to lose the plot and I totally got rounded up by you guys like a roo in the headlights by the end of lap one LOL. Glad I managed to just become a slow moving obstacle and didn't get in anyones way too much.
Dan, understand your damage frustrations mate and scrutineering will have to take look, thats racing. To be fair, you completely punked me on a qualifying lap in the tunnel by coming across my line when I was on a hot one* and you where just cruzin. Despite my best efforts to avoid, I had no-where to go. I know stuff happens and not saying that was intentional at all, but I do make every effort to get out of the way of folks by watching the fast approaching arrows on the track map.
Anywayz, always compelling dramas to be had and the delay for race 2 to just built-up the tension! Great racing and congrats Tats and Mike on those fast laps and team Fryz-Small-Rootas, our series leaders!
PS - Tats have a great time O/S, might be a plan to stay South of the border tho!
