It's very possible that he is dead. Last time he did a video, he looked like crap, and he hasn't released any new videos in ages. Does it really matter, though? Even if we catch him, will that stop anything? No. He was once the leader of a now defunct terrorist organiztion, that's been replaced by other, smaller, crazier ones. There are now hundereds of leaders and cells and higher-ups and such that on man won't make a difference. We have bigger, more relevent fish to catch than to search for one croaker that's probably croaked already. The power behind the terrorists has moved to many other hands than just his alone.
