That's the name given to a car which has swapped parts from other cars in-game.
Nowadays you can swap about any in-game part from any car to any car.

Not any car, certain ones glitch your save out, like I was trying to make the Audi TTS into a 999 MPH car, but it wouldn't accept X2010 parts.

In my understanding the termology "About any" means not all, right?
Besides your "not any car" is actually wrong.
You can do any car, just not every car part.

But who am I, I have only made 1 hybrid yet...

Outeke working on the suspension now no official specs on this preproduction Camaro Z/28 '14 so it's just trial and error I've been very busy,my boss just bought a new Lexus hybrid ct200h and I drove his car back home from the dealership.
