Damn.. I remember your original 240 purchase thread.. You've come a long way man, approaching baller status for sure..!

Not baller status for sure lol. But I always told myself that my "daily beaters" were temporary so I had something to drive while the 240 was down, and when it was "done" (as far as anything that made it immobile) I was going to get a nice daily. It's not really a nice one yet, and definitely not what I had in mind (I was thinking LS400, Q45, big body rwd sedans) But it's definitely got the fun to drive factor going for it.

It's so weird owning two modified cars. I mean I guess my 323 was modified but it pretty much just had the boost turned up on a slight turbo upgrade. But having two cars that both ride on coilovers and are fun to drive in their own ways is pretty cool.

That being said, I drove the 240 today after not driving it about two weeks. The cold air makes it run good and the tires slippery. Punching the throttle and getting that half second lag before it lights the tires up and pushes you into the seat is still pretty addicting. I always let the back come out just enough to keep the car pulling forward while just slightly sideways. Just for funs.

Awesome Maxima! I've always had a soft spot for them and was actually looking at them when I bought my G.

I'm just hoping that the Stillen lip is the only thing you order from Stillen. I didn't believe the horror stories of poor quality parts and horrible customer service until it happened to me. I was actually ready to order up some Stillen sways when it happened, and after dealing with John @ Stillen for almost 3 weeks and getting nothing but run around with a less than desirable result, I decided to spend my money else where.

How often do you practice PB?

Pretty much the 4 times or so I go to an event throughout the year. I don't really street drift, there's no areas to really do it around here safely and the city I live in is so small that you can hear loud cars halfway to the other side. I just drive the car at least once a week or so on backroads a bit just to keep it running well, and I might yank the ebrake into a 90 degree corner that runs through a field, but that's pretty much it. I've just been studying drifting since I was in middle school.

And since i'm here, heres two more recent pics. Nothing has been happening to either car really. Just trying to save money, and its too cold to be out there working on stuff, so hopefully when it starts to warm up I can spend some money and get both of these things fixed up right.

Alright people, it's been a while. No real updates, been real busy with life and such, but I managed to pick up some rear valances for the 240 for cheap. Still need to paint them, but here's a test fit.

Also, I'm sure some of you have seen the burnout nominations going around. I got nominated yesterday and have a new video up on my youtube channel. Go check it out peoples.

Well, sort of. I've started bodywork on the Maxima, not sure when it's getting painted though, lots of stuff going on. That being said, I did finally install the valances yesterday. Don't really have any good pics, so this will have to do for now.

They are Veilside valances btw. I'll get more pics and do an update post on the Maxima as well.

Nope. I hammered out every thing for clearance, and run 205s, and have extended lca. I can turn lock to lock without rubbing. In fact, I've got tie rod spacers for more steering angle, and still no issues. But I've made very sure of this before I did all those things.

I'll take some pictures sometime of the clearance at full lock.

I really really doubt he's going to log back on. Would be nice if he did so he could update the broken pics lol. Looked up to this build back in the day.
