It is just a simple case of defining what universal means. In most progressive terminology, universal simply means the same thing as single-payer. Romney-care is a very elementary system that is what progressives want. Obamacare is a descendant of Romney's plan.

Wild political rallies are the new thing, protests are the 1960s phenomenon though... I think its about time for some fresh political air, Trump has given us it. My grandmother remembers every presidential election since FDR. She's never seen one like this, wild and great entertainment. I think that the gop has set it up to be interesting, democrats did not, but they got Bernie and he made it good anyhow...
Trump is an intuitive political genius because he's sensed and is effectively riding a wave of inchoate, inward-looking nationalism and populism. Unless he's derailed, he will win because all the other candidates are associated with corporate globalism and establishment elitism.

If you simply want to lower yourself to his level and demonstrate that you are no better than he is, just keep doing what what you're doing. Eventually we'll have another incident like we did last week when some KKK marchers were violently and viciously attacked and someone is going to be hurt worse or killed. You either think violence is ok or you condemn it on all sides, not just the side you like or agree with.
