Looking at the whole structure of GT Sport the car structure very much reminds me of GT2, with road cars and racing versions of them. I would say it is almost a dead cert a race version will be included. Think of it - to finally get the one marque many have clamoured for after many years, and then put in just a road version in a race-orientated game? That would be a sucker punch and middle finger that not even PD would pull.
I thought that as well, but... 6 months to model one(car). From November last year, the car may have been started January last year. PD knew the licence was expiring and no doubt, would have been getting at least one car ready. All they had to do is make a Gr.4, Gr.B and Gr.3 variant.Bet this contributed to the delay!
When i first saw Those Images i tought it was a Forza Motorsport Screenshot or a CGI Rendering until i saw that GT Sport Watermark and Sony themselves confirming it.I never thought i'd see Porsches rendered in GTS' game engine. It just looks...very "not GT" with all the RUFs i'm used to
I guess good things come to those who wait after all.
Come on it's exciting but it's not like it's porn.
@TeamCZRRacingFirst thing I would do once the game arrives is to delve into the game's data files and hope to find something like this:
Would be cool if PD hid another 996 GT3 as a slight nod to what they did in GT3.
Thanks for using our images. Always humbling to see something from Gran Turismo Wiki's servers right here.First thing I would do once the game arrives is to delve into the game's data files and hope to find something like this:
