Sweeet, i think the E46 ZCP changed the basic car more compares to the E92 ZCP. Also that leather looks flawless, how Many miles?

Ah, the Surf. Go drop a 1UZ in it.

Pretty much broke now because of it (4.5k engine repair bill, bought the thing for 4k...), but later on I want to give it a bit of a suspension lift (2" or thereabouts), fit 33s - currently runs 31" A/Ts - and perform a few easy engine mods to get some more power and torque out of the 2.8. More fuel, more air, more boost and a bigger blowhole = about another 40-odd hp and a good amount more of the twisty stuff :)

Needs a few things done to it, but they're really minor things like the dying clearcoat on the bonnet and roof, the A/C fan not working on 1 or 2, a leaky windscreen sprayer pump, front fog in need of re-silvering, front grille re-chrome paint etc.

For the sake of your own safety, please get something that will fare better in a crash. Classic Mini, Saxo, 106, etc are deathtraps.

I'm very aware of that, so that's holding me back a little. Even if I do get a Mini, the first thing I'll do is put a roll cage in it. I was more thinking of getting a Ka or Fiesta for the time being and then getting a Mini to work on - I was really just wondering what insurance is like.

The Vanishing Boy

^ I got it at 77.4K mi. now it has 88K now. ;)

Wow, have the owners Been Very careful or is the shifter knob new and the wheel as well? My M5 has a tad over 80 and the wheel is peeled at the top, as well as the knob right behind the cap. Probably one of the POs liked gripping and turning which just makes me cringe. Anyway that knob looks just as good if not better than the one in my dad's 2011

-> Well the steering already lost it furry alcantara touch. Worn but still very easy on the hands, I didn't mind at all. The shifter on the other is in a very good shape, the E46 is originally a SoCal car.

I remember you on the wall about it. Glad to see you followed through, though. Welcome to the world of BMW ownership. 👍
^ And I'm glad I pulled the trigger. My mom loved it too! :)

That M3 is perfect. Exactly the way I'd have it.
^ When the first time I saw it on person, my jaw dropped and covered my mouth...the last car that did that to me was Silvie, my S2000. As if the car kinda tells me to 'please take me home! Please, I beg of you!!!' :boggled:

For that kind of money on an engine you were better off buying a built small v8 that will roast all of those tires to a high rate of speed.

Here's my 1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo. Last time I was home from school it was at about 137k miles and running strong. I'm at about 220 rwhp (rather than the factory 200 crank hp). The combination of this car and my logitech g25 have made me quite the impressive driver at 18 (and not crazy! I have yet to even be pulled over! *wood knock*)

When I'm home you guys can find me in 505pp rooms banging out 6'50s on the Nur with my miura ;)

Thanks guys! Yea about the wheels lol... the front ones are the factory 14" mr2 rims and the rears are 16" Fd rx7 rims. Long story short, the 14 inchers i had out back had no tires, and I didnt want to buy tires for disadvantageous 14" rims, hence the rx7 rims. The stock mr2 rims were all plastidipped and it was too cold to try plastidipping the rx7 rims when I got them a few months ago. So next time I'm back home they will all be one color, either plastidipped or normal (the front wheel's paint isn't so good so I'm still deciding)

Before the rims:
