p.o.s. car...falling apart beneath my feet

rest in peace...my car died today, at the ripe old age of 7 years old. she was a good car, a reliable car, until she took a downfall. she got ill. dropped a rod, and lost a cylinder. her gas milage went down real quick, and she started to get a temp, as the radiator died as well...she will be remembered as my first car that i paid for. and will be paying for for 2 years to come...you will be missed

heres my car, first and only...referred to as "the nova"......yes it has 4 doors, i know:) gives it character
took out the inline 6/powerglide for a more respectable 355/th400

with my brother's car

on the way home, stuck in traffic

thanks GT40 MKII.......that was just one air cleaner, i got a smaller one thinking it would fit under the hood, so i didn't have to drive like that, but i still had to cut my hood which i am unhappy about. But you should have seen the 2 cleaners on at once, that was pretty funny :)

Nice Nova!

My same old Altima 2.5S. I took this one on my day off yesterday. Sorry for the crappy photography(I swear it's my crappy digital camera!).

I hate those things. :yuck: If I actually liked the car, adding a nice looking exhaust would look good on this car though.

Drop a SR20 in it!........ :P just joking.

When I was in the US I saw quite alot of Altima's, are they built in the US or imported?

got a new set of wheels for my car, by new i mean 2nd hand from a breakers yard. I trashed one of my old steel wheels and tyres needed replacing so i decided why not just get new wheels.

the old wheel i trashed:rolleyes::

and the new set :):

Went and took a few more pics :):

My favourite one, liking the composition on this :D:

Even though its "new" it still doesn't look good. You shoud've got some chrome wheels off a trashed street racer

I like Altimas personally, in my opinion it looks better than Accord, Camry, Malibu or even the older sibling, Maxima. The frosted rear lights look good!

Meh, they were the only full set of wheels that would've fitted on my astra, and ive been after some alloys to replace the crappy steel things i had on there anyway. Its not supposed to look like some Shiz hot race car, its just my runaround which im modifying to my liking. :) And my liking is definately not boy racer crap with big spoiler and NAWZ!!!11!1, not forgetting chrome bits. ;)

Seems you're obsessed with chrome bits though , i dont like chrome bits so im happy with these, ive bought a set of shiny new wheel nuts and a set of center caps to finish it off, for now, they should arrive while im not here over the weekend

I'm with you, I don't like chrome or highly polished parts around cars much, to me it makes the car look cheap, though chrome can/does look great on old cars.

With centre caps your wheels should like just fine on your car.
