This guy's body language screams "tankslapper"

Why does he shake his head like saying a sublimated message of "Nooooo"?

Also I think the evil mind behind all this is Ballmer. MS been in a downward spiral since he took over.

WiiU, I don't buy Console relics for retail

I find it funny how nobody is talking about Nintendo`s Wii U. Not that I`m convinced of Wii U`s power. I didn`t see/touched/played it before.

Is there any chance for Nintendo to take advantage of console war between M$ and Sony? With a reasonable price drop before XBOX ONE and PS4 see the market?
Or is it already "Non-tendo"? Even poll skipped Wii U as if it doesn`t exist.

Well the Wii U looked like a decent console, it has free online, backwards compatibility, I think the game pad is a good idea but I never felt confinced to get it.

It all changed after the Nintendo E3 Direct, I saw massively awesome looking games coming out and plan to get it in 2014 (Improving my 3DS game library this year as well as GT6).

However, It is a lot ignored and probably the reason why Nintendo showed lots of games at E3. I find it funny that after the Xbox One reveal Wii U sales increased (not sure what percent though but I think it was 875%).

I only played Power Pros and Super Smash on my Wii. Kind of wish I never got it, although Power Pros is awesome. Wii U is the same way... would only get one for smash bros.

I haven't even seen a Wii U in the flesh yet.

I saw a pre-owned Wii U in the front window of a GAME store around 20 miles from where I live. I didn't like the look of it's controller.

They cancelled their E3 presentation, so it seemed rather redundant.

There'll be more polls in the future of this thread.

I know it`s a multi-billions business. But responsible people at multinational companies should learn more about their customers and not only try to show but have more respect and humility. Yes, humility. Because nobody really needs their products.

It´s all about games? It`s all about consumption. It`s all about business. It`s all about making money. And I´m good with it as far as it is a fair deal.

So watch out, MS, Sony, Nintendo etc. - if you act like mindless moneybags we skip your "business model", get a life, catch a ball and play outside. Well, playing football, I do already by now. Makes it a lot easier for me.

I have played the Wii a little. The bowling game wasn't bad but I would never buy a console for something like that. In general Nintendo has not had anything on it that I actually wanted but couldn't get either on the PC or on another console so there was no point in buying them for my use.

Really then Nintendo consoles seem more suited to children

Just saw this:

I didn't think the Xbone was that big.

The One's designed like that was on purpose, so they can make it smaller to sell more with a slimmer model and gloat about the % smaller it is.

The more I see the PS4 the more I like it and the more it looks nothing like the Xbox One like some people think.

Well after hearing the really bad news about Forza 5 not having weather or night racing, I have decided to hold off on getting the X1 until next year 2014. T10 just shot themselves in the foot IMO with that info. Plus I have a bad feeling all the cars from F4 wont be in F5.

So I wont be getting either of the consoles at launch and I don't even know if or when I will get another console. At this point I am still leaning toward the X1 because of the exclusives like Halo, Gears of War, Crackdown, and Forza. But still very disappointed about F5. :guilty: Oh well I will most likely have the X1 by the time Halo 5 comes out. Well unless 343 somehow ruins Halo 5 before its launched.

Am I right in thinking the PS4 slim will be about the size of a walkman?

How many times are people going to keep posting that video?

Well, this certainly rules out all chances of me getting a Xbox One, as if the way it works wasn't bad enough. Even if Fanatec wheels turn out to be compatible with it, I would still refuse to give my money to a company like this. A shame Turn 10 has to work under Microsoft. Horizon may be the last Forza game I buy at this rate.

This is one of those rare instances where it isn't annoying. I must have watched that video ten times and it still makes me laugh. The fact that Yoshida San himself appears in the video makes it even funnier.

Has the resolution or frame rates of any of the new consoles been mentioned?

I hope they are both going to display in at least 1080. A solid 60 fps would also be nice.

To help with the decision, if you haven't already seen these vids

Warning language

I hope they do an Sony and MS E3 video :sly:

I voted for "don't Know"

For me it will come down to how good Driveclub is, and if I can say goodbye to Forza over it. GT6 is not a factor, if it turns out to be really good, I will just get it on PS3.

I'm also very interested in The Crew because of it's unique gameplay and large open world with plenty of terrain variety, but I can get that for either system I choose to go with. What I do know is that I have a lot of time to make a decision, and that I will be sticking with my 360 and PS3 for at least another year.

While Sony clearly won the first skirmish, I expect a long battle ahead. Those declaring Sony won already, are making that statement very prematurely, these were merely the opening shots that were fired.

I don't really care about exclusives other than racing games, so that won't have too much of an effect on my decision either way.

Regarding the nuclear sub thing, it's actually a fairly common issue. A friend of mine has an uncle that works on a shipping boat, so he's out on the water for 2-3 weeks at a time. He brings his Xbox 360 with him but guess he won't be getting an Xbone.

They've got a solution for this, an Xbox 360 :sly:

2.50 on the Microsoft E3 video is classic. Also dragons, blues and oranges.

I didn't realise nuclear submarines and fishing boats were the same thing.

They should have announced an Xbox 360 Sub Edition, that doesn't have wifi or any kind of internet connection to make things easy

Most games spoke of being either 1080p, 60fps or both.
