XB1 before E3; XB1 now

The Xbox One will certainly win the PS4 in next generation.
After what I saw at E3 Microsoft clearly dominated the Sony.
The exclusive Microsoft showed were much better.
HALO 5 will be the best FPS of 2014 for sure. Nuff Said
FORZA 5 is the true next gen Racing Game. Neither Driveclub(arcade,👎) nor GT6(for PS3, LOL) can compete against Forza. The AI will be the best in the best. And the graphics are stunning.
DeadRising3 maybe will be the best zombie game ever made.
MGSV will coming to XBOXONE
TitanFAll( will be an awesome MECHA game), Quantum Break, Witcher 3, Ryse (is so good) , Crimson Dragon ( AKA Panzer Dragon), Sunset overdrive, Project spark, D4 and MINECRAFt. Are better than the exclusives game that will be release on PS4.
The only good two good games that Sony showed KH3 and FFversus XIII, both games will be release on XBOXONE:drool:.
The XBOXONE controller is better than DS4(a controller with a blue light and touch. Are you serious Sony?.)
Kinect is the future. And the XBOXOne design is much better than the PS4. PS4 looks like a toaster:crazy:

NO USED GAMES? I don't care! I buy my games on Amazon and is always new.

Always Internet On? I don't care! My Internet connection is fast and good.

500€? It's a fair price If the people are poor, why don't buy a gameboy or a PSP? Or go play flash games on pc.

Region Lock? I don't Care. All games that are release on USA are release in EU.

I would buy a PS4 to play FFversus XIII nad GT6 but. GT6 will be for PS3, and FFvsXIII will be release on XBOX ONE:tup:.

My choice will be XBOX ONE.
XBOX One is Future.

Your future ain't looking too good mate. The Xbox One won't work in your country. At least not at release.

Xbox One system software uses a significant amount of storage; less internal storage will be available to users. 500 GB = 500 billion bytes

Who wants to bet that's 50GB+, on top of the fact it's really only 465GB.

Has the resolution or frame rates of any of the new consoles been mentioned?

I hope they are both going to display in at least 1080. A solid 60 fps would also be nice.
IF then the PS4 and not the X1 from what we know. The GPU alone is expectedly 1.5 times higher in flops.

I'm quite sure that 1080p and 60fps will be the exception though for both consoles. But there always games like Wipeout HD which do stuff like this.

In the words of a Microsoft employee, 'we have a product for people who do not live in these countries, its called the Xbox 360...'

I actually noticed South Korea and Japan missing over Portugal.

Greece, Turkey and Hungary missing too.

I believe the xbox 360 works online in neighbouring countries but I wonder with this 24hr online authentication, new servers going up etc that this won't be possible now.

Is this just being blown out of proportion.

It's okay, we have our 1980's-spec spy satellites on them. We saved the best technology for our own nation.

I don't think so.

Forza 5
Call Of Doody Ghosts
New Halo
Battlefield 4

Those are all big titles and all announced as 1080p 60fps. I think Sony said that was the target for all PS4 games as well, although not all will manage it I think most will.

Both MS and Sony had a decent E3 showing to me. Unfortunately, neither has changed my disappointment with the industry as a whole. I don't support what I don't like and both contain aspects (which I choose to keep to myself) that I don't like.

Many will choose to defend their system/s of choice and that is fine, it is their prerogative. For me, things will only get worse in the gaming industry from here on out. Change is inevitable and/or sometimes necessary, but again, I do not and will not support what I don't like. Perhaps I've been gaming far too long and I'm stuck in the past, regardless, I think I'm done with video gaming.

Sad to hear that mate. Hope your still going to post up your links. I love your enthusiasm on spreading the word.

Take care in what ever you choose.

If that's true then the Xbone won't surely be sold in the middle east :odd:

That sounds promising, I've been a bit spoiled since playing on pc at 1080, but I do like a console so I'm hoping they catch up a bit in that department.

Although I suppose the difference from pc might be more than just resolution, maybe shaders and a.a etc. play a part, I'm no expert tbh.

CONSOLE WARZ 2013! - DEATH BATTLEPOKOLIS

Seriously though, DRM and used games poilicy on Xbox One is jarring, but hasn't deterred me from wanting any of the upcoming software at launch.

The PS3's lack of anti-used games and DRM bs stuff is awesome, but I can count the number of games I want at launch on one hand. That said, I will still get both at some point, but I will probably get an Xbox One first.

Literally an hour ago I traded in 3 of my old PS3 games and a Dualshock 3 at Gamestop and put the money toward pre-ordering The Last of Us. So I got a new game for $25.

Can't do that on XBone. Think about the long-term costs here...unless Microsoft changes the policy, that's $35 wasted the first time you try it. I don't even have 10 games and I've had my PS3 for 6 years. There are plenty of people who have 20, maybe 30 games, who routinely trade them in towards new titles. If I owned 30 games and turned in the same fraction that would have been $115, almost two brand new games for free. On top of that, you'll never be able to wait a couple months until that awesome title shows up used at Gamestop for 50% off. You could waste $200-$300 over the life of the console because you're not allowed to take advantage of such deals.

This 👍 I had my first few PS3 games used, they costs around $10 - $15 each and were in pristine condition - no scratches - as new, bought them from a friend :D and one from a local game shop. I traded one of them after I got bored with it, and it was valued just below it's used purchase price, good times.

I understand how bad it could get for the aftermarket aspect of the gaming culture. It just doesn't effect me all that much. I rarely even purchase games from Gamestop. I keep 8 out of the 10 games I own, and the ones I do sell, are usually to privately owned smaller game shops in my town.

Being able to trade in games or not isn't an issue I have when deciding which game system I want to buy right now. That could change, but for now it's not my problem.

Wait, but I thought you could still trade-in games to MS approved places like Gamestop but it's just that you could only do it once per copy of a game, and that's so some of the profit goes toward the publisher and MS. GS loses out on, what used to be, their profit alone.

So you can still do that, it just won't be happening as much or as easily unfortunately, well, and if I understand all this correctly.

Once you've bought something it shouldn't be profitable for the manufacturer when you decide to sell it, trade it or give it away. That opens the door to every goods manufacturer being able to gain some profit from you selling one of their products you've already paid full price for. Talk about residuals! That's more ingenious than the privacy issues.

Let's take it a step further and consider intellectual property rights. Once you buy a game the game should be yours...literally to do whatever you wish to do with it, including make copies and give them to your friends for free (or charge them if you're a dick).

As far as I'm concerned, when it comes to digital media the originator should have rights to an original master copy, but once they've decided to take that master copy and release it into a public digital realm, they no longer have any say on what those people do with the copies they've bought. Part of my theory is based on the fact that enforcing piracy has proven impossible so thus far. Another part is based on the fact that virtually no labor is involved in reproducing digital copies of anything. Theoretically an mp3 file or any other could last for millions of years with no more than a few button clicks to keep it alive. Virtually no knowledge, training, or physical or mental effort required. Computers can do it completely autonomously on a schedule.

If an originator wants to retain enforceable copyrights to their product then they should only offer it in a physical form which requires discernible effort to copy. Copying an mp3 is like growing weed - you grow it and smoke it - whereas copying vinyl like they used to do was like making meth - you gotta have tools, knowledge, a camper van full of equipment. Digital things can exist and develop whether humans are around or not but physical things can't.

When will people stop comparing the video game industry to other industries that are not similar to gaming consoles. Cars, mp3s, CD's, DVD almost everything else aren't like gaming consoles and do not require a slave\master format in order to be uses at all.

You "agree" to terms of use. End of story. You have a choice not to buy the device.

Laws are higher than any stupid terms of use. If a term of use is against a law, it's void.

They're talking about consumer rights, which has to do with legal systems (and therefore laws).

Still think inserting anything to the usb slots and Inserting disks will be a hassle

Disk loading shouldn't be hard but getting it out might be a challenge because the hole of the disk probably won't show. I'm not too bothered about the USB sticks because there are unobstructed ones at the back.

You would have thought all this would have all been tested so there is no problem, I know why people expect this not to be the case though.

Lets hope everything turns out fine.
