Nissan R34 GT-R VSII Nurb '02 - 700PP - Racing Hard tires - All Tracks - 1.23

Wide Body

Rims Up to you - Rim Width Wide - Offset Wide

Front B - Side St - Rear St - Wing Custom

Number 1 700PP car for the moment at Norschleife and Suzuka by a large margin. The beast . extremely easy to drive fast . No surprises.
Perhaps don't need all the engine tuning to drive 600PP and 700PP for the same car. I was just wanted to test at max power ( It's working also perfectly) Up to you.

Enjoy your drive.

Hello Praiano!!! As always, fantastic setup!!
Thanks!!

One question Praiano… you have adapted the Nissan R32 and the Nisssn R34 to update 1.23. Have you planned to do the same for the Nissan R33 with 700 pr? For me, the latter is the best of the three. Thank you!!

There is just too many cool Nissan Cars, haha. I'd like to see a new GTR (NISMO) 17 tune, also.
I've tune or retune 20 cars since the 1.23 update. I have + - than 300 cars to redo , so it'll take time.

Dodge Challenger R/T '70 - 700PP - Racing Hard tires - Le Mans / All track
Yet another great tune. I screwed the pooch again coming into the home straight and it cost me at least 4 seconds on the lap. I’m going to slap this tune on a non-swapped chassis and give her a go.

On LeMans 700. Would one get 3 laps on a tank of fuel)

Normal gearbox. Not Racing.
Why? Just interested to understand the reason!
I never publish custom gearbox for "All track" settings. In this case for 800PP , i was ok for me. Custom gearbox increase PP a few and reduce HP .
In case , it's easy to build your own custom gearbox where you will race the car.

I know exactly what i will do today afternoon, thank you so much! Do you think it's worth it to use Sports Hard for full Power?

And I'm really looking forward to this:
I had to run sports hard because I used a car I bought a whole ago and did all the internal engine parts that you can’t take off. It drives great on sports hard.

In Tokyo Rain….

I also did it with RH/IM in Le Mans rain and it did well there also.

I have just 1 question about your R34 tune. I see in the pictures and the picture of it on the track that it has a roll cage in it. I know if you load a Livery to the car it adds all the parts that the Livery had on it. I have added a few to my cars and then remove some things. Looking at your car and the pictures of your car do you have a roll cage in it. I know the picture shows one in it but are those pictures of your actual car. Thank you about to try this tune tonight.

I tried this on Tokyo, so i had to detune it to 600pp without engine and weight tuning and still lower ECU and used SH tires. I barely won. Your R32 is way faster for me, no idea why.

I also tried your Veneno tunig with your advises how to get 600pp but you have to lower a lot and i can't squeeze enough power out of it to win, i'm just not good enough for this car i think. Too bad i just spend 3.6M on it, haha, but the GR4 Huracan works way better for me. Again, no idea why.

Thanks anyway to make me try other cars, it's always a nice run. :)

Yes there is a Roll Cage C on it , together with the livery i bought with rims and some things else. This don't change anything to the car. Only a 0.06PP increase.

I'm still trying to understand the effect that 1.23 has on pre-1.23 tunes. Based on my current understanding, the pre 1.23 tune should still be ok if I am running it in races where it doesn't matter that the PP is now higher (say for example its now 718 PP instead of 699 PP). But the handling could likely be improved by lowering the suspension heights, right? And this means reconfiguring many of the other settings which is why @praiano63 says it is not simple and will take time to re-do each car. Is my understanding correct?

Does the Corvette C7 ZR1 need to be re-done ? Its my fave car in the game! Still seems ok to me, but I'm wondering what your view is @praiano63 ?

Just started to use BMW 3.0 CSL '73 - 550PP - Sport Hard Tires - All Around
Being "not that young" I like the car and the rememberings....

I'm not a tuning expert but would like to learn about it

Question for praiano63 and people understangin about tuning:

why the car ride is so high? I understood that the lower the better, unless you don't lower too much that the wheels cannot move properly. Which I don't this it's the case

why the front is higher than the rear? Is it to mitigate the weight balance giving a bit more weight to the back?

I cannot go too aggressive on the breaks, unless I'm really 100% straight. Trail break is really difficult, the weight transert to the front seems to happen late in the braeaking action and quite suddenly.

Thanks

If i understood correctly so far:

because physics in GT7 seem to better grip now after patch 1.23 if the ride height is higher. it might not be realistic, but thats how the game now works.

this seems to be old. before patch 1.23 people made this to lower the overall PP so they could use more power. After the patch, it seems to be better to have the front lower than the back (which also looks better imo).
