guy in fafat's video is using a wheel, and you can see him jerk the wheel around to over correct simple mistakes.
How much would steering wheel size on the virtual car affect the angle of the hands? Also, if the hands are placed differently than the guy playing it will look off.Like i was afraid, steering angle of wheel is not correctly displayed in game. (http://www.gamekult.com/video/8193804)

I couldn't see enough to make that kind of judgement.
I dont know about anyone else, but if they stopped now and just added all the cars and tracks for the final release, I would be a happy camper. I think PD should be praised for what they have done so far. Come one guys, this looks incredible, and the physics are vastly improved (as we can obviously see from the video). People always find something to complain about
That brick wall has no graffiti. How boring.
I believe early talk was that there would not be tuning in Prologue. And as I haven't played Forza 2 I doubt I will miss making a car look fugly. I mean God forbid the cars look the way the designers intended, right?
And even if Prologue has customization, why would there be customization on a convention demo? They probably have long enough lines as it is and the last thing they need is some game critic spending an hour trying to get his pimp mobile just right.
Driving a stock car in GT5 will not bother me as my Gran Turismo goals have been to win with as little messing as possible. And playing GTHD never once made me stop and think how stupid these cars look in their original form.
I was just thinking that! They could have at least got Holl01 to show them upWhy are all GT fans posting on this site instead of going there and show how it's done?
I agree.
I don't under stand how so far the comments in this thread have been 70% negative. It seems everybody has this preconceived idea of what GT5 should look like and play like and if falls short of that preconceived idea it is a major let down. Let's be realistic guys
*Snip*
If they can fix the minor problems mentioned and add a few surprises/extras to the final game GT5 will be the best GT ever

I do agree. Most of the time, I like to win without modifications as I like the skill that is involved rather then just looks. And If there is a chance I'm gonna modify a car, I'm not gonna do it just for show, I'm gonna get it to perform because I'm a racer and I'm all about performance, not some ignorant tuner fan thats all about looks. And people, stop comparing forza to GT. It is getting tiring seeing someone post something about Forza just because GT dozen't have what they wanted so far(at least from what we've seen in the videos). You guys are expecting way too much and need to be happy with what you have now. GT won't and will never be Forza. That brick wall has no graffiti. How boring.

At least one of the cars is on the track on those screens... maybe because it's a straight.
And for that photo, it doesn't seem to be that much pressure on the guy playing, so I'll stick to what I said above about bad drivers/players.
In the non-press area there were no wheels. The booth looks like this:

HDTVs directly on the floor, a very short pad cable, pad instead of a wheel.
I didn't have access to the Sony press area, but i doubt they have wheels there.
GT won't and will never be Forza.
If they say it will be released in North America, then I'm pretty sure Canada is included so be at ease, cool canadian As for your question about america liking NASCAR, its been a stereotype thats been coupled with its popularity so thats why.So uhh, on IGN.com they say that Prologue will be Unreleased in US, so I assume that's the case to for canada? WHY?! do they think all of America only likes NASCAR?... (I hate nascar)
anyway! hope they will release it here
