Something I always wonder about the map in the "My Place" map... what happens if you're in Buenos Aires, Cape of Good Hope, South Africa; Perth, Australia; Wellington, New Zealand; or Dubai? Map doesn't show those locations quite well. I'd fancy some sort of GPS-accurated map for the "My Page" to show your actual location. Also, PD needs to spell "Los Angeles" correctly. SoCal people could be b*tchy about the misspelling of "Los Angeles."
Kingcars, weclome to GTPlanet- where most people think Ferraris and only care to race Ferraris while leaving everything else behind. I'm plenty curious on the 1960 Corvette. Problem for me is, my all-time favorite Corvettes are the 1957, 1958, 1963, and all C5 Corvettes. I don't know too much on this car's looks or how it would perform in GT5P. I can only assume that if it's Best in Show at SEMA, it HAS to be an awesome car. I found this site to help those who may not be too experienced with the 1960 Art Morrison Corvette: <
http://jalopnik.com/cars/feature/fr...corvette-scanned-into-gran-turismo-238136.php >. It's a real interesting story. A sports analogy for this car would be a team that's lost a great deal of games early in the season... all to come back, make the playoffs/tournament, and win the championship. This car's championship was "Best in Show" at SEMA. I know this will make the American car fans proud, especially those who hate seeing Japanese cars take up the spotlight as well as European compacts stealing the show. I've always called the Corvette an in-between muscle car. Is it a muscle car for the power it packs, or is it a sports car capable of taking on Porsches? It's an in-between muscle car for me, not to mention a treat to race when I get to play a Prologue for the first time.
Matski, High Speed Ring was in GT2, you know. You could even enjoy 100 mph in a Vector M12 in second gear on the High Speed Ring. Only GT3 and GT Concept(?) didn't feature High-Speed Ring.
