Feel free to put it in your post CWR! but I think the leaderboard has enough data on it already and it will cause all sorts of problems adding more to it ... but it will still be useful as a reference point in the submission post for sure 👍

another update from me still in the Clio .. 1'07.553 :)

Updated

back from Suzuka time trail.

27,939

Rudi Raser -Clio Renault (Tuned)- 1230kg-282hp - R3/R3 - 600PP = 1'07.535

now is time for some beers.

Wee update

Chronos-GT -Mitsubishi EVO X GSR/????kg-???hp/R3/R1/600PP= 1'07.899

27.876
48.420

Right on EK9's bumper but then loose some when I hit the hill.
Never done any tuning for the Evo or Clio in races, so I'll have to play with it I think, great stuff from everyone.
👍

As a Time Trial vetreran, did you think I could be faster without it?

you should be cwr,but if not....:ill:
i meen, the active steering is a help provided by the game...it somewhat corrects the mistakes you make, and tends to do the steering for you...
so,even if you are faster with it(witch i doubt very much)you loose the realistic feel of the steering, you are steering the car with the help of a computer,if you know what i meen..........:indiff:

i dont know if you use a steering wheel or a controller, but turn it off and see what difference it will make for you mate.for sure it will feel mutch more alive:):)

spyrrari.

2 hours solid I've been at this! addictive combo 👍

GTP_Kelly -Mitsubishi EVO X GSR- 1370kg-335hp - R3/R1 - 600PP= 1'08.781

I have been having a tinker here and there with the Evo and now I'm down to 1'07.711 in it .. I reckon I could push it to probably a 1'07.5xx! If I could find a bit more oomph in my gears  ... Anyway will be sticking with the Evo for now and hopefully beat my Clio time :)

Updated Kelly 👍

Well.... i've just left Eiger after chasing Rudi's Ghost around for 22 laps.......... and managed to get a few laps to stick. I'm chuffed with the time, and i don't really know how much more i can get out of it...... Currently 27th.

osrg -Clio Renault (Tuned)- 1230kg-278hp - R3/R3 - 600PP = 1'08.216

and i think that will be my last time with the Clio.

Rudi Raser -Clio Renault (Tuned)- 1230kg-282hp - R3/R3 - 600PP = 1'07.438

Try a slower Ghost. Usually slower times give you a better chance at seeing error which everybody will have :)

Thats how'd I'd go around doing it 👍

Great time :sly:

spyrrari.

I tried to turn it off last night doing some TT. Just then I remember why I had the active steering on. I think it gives me more input from the wheel. Without it, even with the FFB at 10 the wheel feels like there is nothing between the road and the tire on the car.

It makes it feel like I am driving a real car. Check, leaving it ON!

Still trying with the Evo here .. down to 1'07.663 so far but I already have a faster Clio so it won't update to the online event which sucks .. so I just save my replays in the slower cars incase I want to chase it again ... I do wish they would have let people use a variety of cars and still keep them all on the board instead of 1 username and 1 car 👎

Updated Rudi and osrg 👍

edit: updated Spyrrari also 👍 Well done mate

Fair enough.

You know, just when I think I found something, you guys just mess it up and go faster. I don't know how you do it, but I will be in the car tonight trying to get close to your time. 💡

cheers...had about 10laps being equall with nr1 guy but messing up at the exit of last corner...its so much on the limit of the clio, that its a do or die thing!!

I've managed to get a faster time.
I can go 0,1 seconds faster in s1, but i loose it again in s2 and s3.

edit:lets make sure we get this pole to europe with a european car!!!!lol.

go go go 👍👍👍

i tested so much setups and now i´m a little bit confused.

me too man, have a good one now but it is now a question of putting in a perfect lap....
whas hoping to do it with a BMW but the way the pp points are done after the update its just impossible i think!!

going now to further test the BMW tti ,but had some:cheers: so it will only be for fun:sly:

spyrrari.👍

SAKES ALIVE!!! You guys are fast as 🤬 - I'm still stuck in the 1:10:xx realm with the EVO and the Clio.

edit:lets make sure we get this pole to europe with a european car!!!!lol.

I want a Dodge Neon/Tuned now dang it for us bloody Americans to rule the pole! I guess I could use the Ford Focus but what are the odds of turning in a time under 1:07 in that thng? :)

@ Beerz .. here's my splits for the Evo 27.872 / 48.294 - 1'07.674

above I posted from memory it was a 1'07.663 but that lap I had a tiny incident and I scrapped it .. the .674 is my best clean so far :(

Updated Rudi and Bert 👍 wicked laptimes guys! I think Rudi might just have 1st place by this time tomorrow ... or maybe Spyrrari :)

Well done guys .. I know how annoying the set up testing for this combo is also as I'm pretty much fed up testing so many things and noticing different faults after eradicating one haha :sly: It's all fun anyway .. and there's some damn impressive times coming in by the armload 👍

none:sly:....ford focus is a fwd car and on this short and twisty track you will suffer from loads of understeer and screeming front tyres when trying to exit a sharp corner ...so....none:sly:

spyrrari.

man,if only the pp system whas a little different i could nail it with a BMW...either the tti or m3....but they stay just too heavy after tuning(600pp):ouch:
