If you want to get really picky, his inconsistent lines and varying mistakes would cause a different racing line and rubbering in for each session. Should those small changes created by a single car cause huge swings in lap times from one car to the next? Probably not. One should expect super similar times even with the above in play.
If someone who is playing the game can test it, I'd like to know.
Besides, so may factors from reaction times from shifting to braking, brief loss of concentration, trying to brake deeper in the next car than the lap before in a different car, using more road than the previous. Then again, that can be thrown out the window, as there have been different drivers achieve lap times within thousandths on the clock.
How about the GT4 cars? In PC1, we can clearly see which cars are the fastest. Are they BOP'd?
In an effort to clean up the first post in the GD thread and because people want it, I've decided to create a Project CARS 2 Car and track list. Classes will be confirmed closer to release if not already.

The "Pagani Zonda R" is missing from the list, I see the "Pagani Zonda Revolucion", but the original which I loved so much is gone from the list....Why????
I know the Pagani Zonda Revolucion is faster but it has a different feel to it.
Do you think there is any chance it will show up again?

What model are you talking about mate?
I know there is a GTE/GTLM Corvette but I dont remember a "GT3" version (officially produced and raced that is).

Callaway team
That implies callaway license and I doubt sms would make the effort to bring a car which looks exactly like the c7r to an already super loaded category
This is a team built and not an "official" Corvette race car similar to the Emil Frey Jaguar GT3 that you see at Blancpain GT series.
EDIT:Also Pcars 1 had the GTE version of the Corvette racing against GT3 cars.Pcars 2 will seperate those two classes. So pretty much nothing have changed other than cars racing like they do in real life classes.

The car looks worlds different from the GTE version. SMS already have the 488 GT3 and GTE which actually does have little differences like the dive planes and plates on the rear spoiler so SMS already went through the effort to bring two cars that look exactly the same.

As others have said the GT3 car is made by Callaway not Chevrolet themselves who really don't like the car, they have even banned it from competing in America because it would interfere with their works GT3 program (the Cadillac). I presume that explains why licensing would be almost impossible.
Some website (I believe PRC) posted an article a while back with screen shots of WMD forum and a guy saying the Caper chassis was coming back but was going to be used for some kind of late model type car. To bad that fell through as well.
