They don't But seeing as both of our competitors did it we felt we should also. We got some stick for not doing so.

PS the patch has even more updates/polish than the demo. It's in final testing now.

... so this confirms a beta was released as gold. All of the frustration could be alleviated by simply being honest about the state of the game at launch. People would even pay to play a beta release. Hell, why not call it beta and have a formal community QA portal.

And yes the game has been launched in beta conditions..... That's not nice.

No it's not logic. So games are good when he's cames out. Even with further update.
Pcars 2 when he's came does not like a finish game.

Any title that requires a patch that does something other than add content falls into that category.

So once again that would be just about every title in the last decade, and certainly every racing title.

So been playing the demo for the past 40 mins...oh my god i bloody love it. That GT3 race is just orgasmic. The graphics are good now the ffb is decent the sound is improved im sure....Love it. Dare i say it but i think it feels as good as AC!

What setting in the ffb settings will give me more feeling at the centre of the wheel?

I do not have GT SPORTS but I follow the information of the FORUM here in GTPLANET, a great patch (1.06) will be released on the 27/11 dial, promises to turn the current game into the great game most awaited by its fans, to better understand I recommend to follow the topic

Well, you must be thinking: "because this guy is talking about it here on the pCars2 topic?"
Because I think nothing is by chance and that everything happens as planned, and I see in these new times a harmony between companies, on 27/11 the patch will be available for GTS and on 30/11 will be available the patch for pCARS2, maybe it makes sense, maybe not.

Changing from Raw to Immersive really makes the wheel come alive with plenty of feedback in the centre. I think its a mistake having Raw for default on the T300

I have AC, FFB feels good, I have pCARS, FFB feels good too, however they are different games but I like both.

The difference now is almost non existent.

Is that on the demo? I have a T300 and I have to use Informative because the other 2 have a massive FFB deadzone in the center of the steering. This is the full game.

Yeah but the "fix" for the graphics has not in the demo apprently.

It clearly is as no horrible jaggies now (still jaggies but no where near as bad) and no crazy LOD models changing every second.

It looks like a different game. Would be amazing to see it improve further if the full graphics patch is not in the demo.

We haven't touched AA in any way on standard PS4, it's still EQAA at 1080p. We've fixed the bokeh issue in replay and the shadow shimmering on trees...

Ian don't worry about the negative 🤬 on here or anywhere else. Hopefully you fix this game to what it can be. Take it as a lesson learned and move on. Santa might be really nice to You!

Well, I disagree with them! I've been wanting to buy this game for a while, but have been away from my Xbox while at school. I was able to try the demo out and was blown away by a lot of things! Firstly, the controller handling (which I wasn't expecting much from) felt absolutely fantastic! While the first game felt a bit twitchy, this game felt amazing! And the wheel handling was equally astounding!

I was also blown away by the quality of the replay! The audio mixing was superb, and the visuals were very good! Far better than what those spoiled jerks are saying about the graphics. So seriously, I expect this game to be in my collection by noon tomorrow!

We can't learn lessons from 1 star reviews of the demo by people who haven't played the demo. 5 minutes is inadequate to 'find, download, install, boot, and play'...
