The people that are doing the graphics for the cars have no influence over what happens with the cars on track, if you were to see the leaps and bounds being made each day in physics etc you wouldn't be so concerned. Believe me this is shaping up to be something far beyond what you have experienced in GT5-6 & Forza and the other games on console.
Understood. Just pointing out that a bunch more epic race cars doesn't mean much to me if the features that make this game authentic aren't working properly. There are no vids out there with long races featuring pits with quality pit animations, pit strategies by human and AI, working penalties and dq's that make sense, etc. If that stuff along with the other lesser issues I mentioned aren't working at release I won't be awed by a few extra cars.
I realize they still have some time before the game goes gold but I can't imagine all of those issues are going to be easily sorted out. Best of luck to the guys of working on it!
