so far the only games in getting for PS4 are the crew and gt7 and destiny, till they add chevys in drive club and project cars I'm not buying.
Just curious, but why would you not buy PCars? What have you learned about it so far that caused you to arrive at that decision?

Especially when after watching footage of The Crew...my suspicions of it being a cheap arcade NFS copy are true. O-O

Does nobody understand that PCARS is a brand new franchise and that SMS and us have been blessed to have the support we've gotten?! Here are the brands that I can name off of the top of my head:

Alpine
Ariel
Aston Martin
Audi
BMW
BAC
Ford
Dallara (Indycar DLC)
Mercedes
Caterham
Palmer/Jaguar
Ruf
Ginetta
Mclaren
Lotus (F1 License)
*2 Fictional LMP1/2 manufactures
SMS...Formula A, B, C, G, Rookie
Bentley
Oreca
Pagani
Gumpert

And that list continues to expand as time goes on. Just because GM hasn't jumped on board yet is a terrible reason to not buy this game.

Edited...thanks HEF51. :D

Actually, more to the point, why would you not buy project cars, but buy the crew? And what is so amazing about Chevrolet that you won't buy a game without them?

because, I've I going to spend 60$+ for a game that has cars I don't even like I don't see the point. And not to mention they don't even have dodge.

yes, its either you drive a Racing vehicle or a high buck car I don't like and find unappealing to look at.

I grew up as an exclusive mopar muscle fan, now I own a Nissan and a Mazda both not included in the game both with Chevy LS engines swapped in.
So let's see.. this game has no Dodge, Plymouth, Nissan, Chevy or obviously a Mazda RX7.
That sucks but do you know what game has been #1 on my list for a couple years? This game. I'll book the day off work, drive either of my Chevy powered cars not included in this game, come home and dive right in.

Basically, I'm trying to say that what this game consists of far outweighs what is missing at this point, I even just ordered a T500rs and TH8A in preparation but yes, it's fully your choice but I think the positives certainly outweigh the negatives.

What some people don't seem to understand is that is a racing game, not a driving game. The focus is on the career and the progression into the higher echelons of racing. They could have had (at one point they did) have all fictional car manufacturers, and the game would have been the same.

Not buying this game just because it doesn't have your favourite brand (which in a motorsport setting, doesn't have a great many cars to choose from, apart from a few variants on Corvette or Camaro GT cars) is madness, because you just won't realise what you're missing. I'd rather forego my favourite car (the Dodge Viper) to have a game that plays as well as this does, the controls as well as this does, that has the online capabilities in terms of playing and league organisation that this game does, than have a few more cars that doesn't make any sense in the structure of the game.

Well said ! *cough* GTR (sorry that just come out) anyway back to the point, I'm getting this game for the racing and hopefully the feel of racing. I'm also getting Driveclub for the fun of racing as I think they will both offer a good but difference experience. Driveclub have shown there DLC plans and I'm sure Project Cars will have similar ideas and once they start making money and the game is a success they can invest in manufacture licences and DLC.

Leave Chevy dude alone, guys. As The Minority said, its his money. Plus Chevy has a lot more racing pedigree than just the Vette and Camaro GT. I m just gonna mention Nascar, WTCC, Daytona Prototypes... We also have country roads, remember? So a fantastic sports car like the C7 surely is high up the wishlist of SMS.

Aaaaaand... If he wants, he can still buy the game if/once (hopefully!) they will announce a Chevy license and make them DLC. Lets move on now.

yes, car list is pretty poor. at least it's enough for a proper full career. i liked a lot shift 2 car list, hope they can get to that level.

Not yet in game means cars under development and to be included?

however already preordered limite edition.

Amen to that.

People who say the car list is small, poor, rubbish etc, really have no clue on motor sport. The cars in this game are iconic, there all winners in my book and I couldn’t be happier.

Give me this list of cars any day, compared to a ford transit van from Forza 5 or 900 MX5’s from GT6.

Also most of the cars have 20+ liveries each, which means 20+ different variations of that car, which to me gets thumbs up 👍
