Back to the Mustang, would that go with the 50's Merc or the Escort and Merc?

That's why I asked about what form it would take - if it's a race car, it can join others running under the same rules. But if it's a standard production car, then it will probably have to run on it's own, which would be a missed opportunity IMO.

I keep hoping the Dodge Viper GTS-R will be added soon. It belongs in the game. And it's now racing in the 2015 Le Mans race in GTE Am. Or the older Oreca versions that won their class in 98/99.

That might be true, but can you imagine Sony allowing the title to go multi-platform?

Well of course not but that doesn't mean Sony is a restrictive publisher. That just means that unlike Microsoft, when Sony has an exclusive, it really is an exclusive. No PC ports, no ports to rival consoles after the timed exclusivity runs out. In other words, Sony's exclusives are a real reason to buy their console, unlike Microsoft where half their exclusives can be played on PC.

The OP of this thread is highly detailed in what's coming on launch and what is to be expected DLC and what is possible but not yet confirmed,

Oh I didn't see the "edited April 12th, 2015" in the bottom right corner.

That's a shame. I really thought there would be more cars than this. Especially road cars. I'm disappointed a bit but at least there's great variety and plenty of open wheel cars which I think most racing games lack badly.

WOW! That just looks amazing! Modern touring cars just aren't the same are they.

No, the cars in the BTCC are now all quite similar under the skin, where as these wonderful machines were all custom built and, in the end when Super Tuning finished on 2000, very expensive.... That mondeo probably cost a £million£ to build and develop!
