Yes Killa that makes sense what with them being old versions of the circuits from that period, and the Lotus car pack (from the 1st post here) as follows would suggest that too.....

So this pack will be six cars or four? Remember that pic that someone posted of the upcoming DLC for the next couple of months? It showed four lotus cars. I remember the 49 C and the lotus 40 being two of them.

So, I got the Japanese car pack yesterday and boy oh boy is it great...
The road cars are phenomenal, the TS040 is lots of fun to fling around corners but shocking in a straight line, and the Rocket Bunny FR-S really surprised me. I thought it was going to be torture to drive however the grip levels said otherwise. All cars have a very unique character that puts GT6 to shame

Yeah definitely Silverstone, 1975 version, same version they had in Test Drive FRL. I saw that pic in their Instagram account, along with the Rouen pic, but where the hell did you find that Hockenheim pic??
My excitement is now reaching catamount levels!!
(For context, I'm a historic motorsport fanatic, so this DLC is what I've been waiting for)

That lancer evo 9 from the Japanese pack is an absolute belter to drive. I was intensely immersed driving it last night. The sound is heavenly and it pulls harder than a virgin teenager with his dads porn collection. that car is worth the whole pack IMO. others are excellent too, but that evo.. damn! buy it if you haven't yet.

Hopefully classic Hockenheim will be the last layout from 2001 wich I loved in F1 games and not some 70's version.

Yeah those filters are in-game post processing filters for photo mode, so they won't be on when you're racing (unless you have the PC version, in which case you can actually turn on any of those filters at any time).

All of these historic tracks (the three teased so far) are the same versions found in SMS' Test Drive: FRL game. They've re-built them obviously, as the graphics of FRL wouldn't hold up in Pcars, but they will have based them all on their FRL models.
They had Silverstone 1975, the one with the woodcote chicane they're teasing for Pcars, but they also had the 1959 variant with no chicanes, and the 2009 modern version with the bridge section, and I would love both of these to be added in future.
They had the 1982 version of Hockenheim, as well as the modern version, so this version of Hockenheim coming will be the '82 version, as seen in this FRL video:
They also had 1956 Rouen, and the '52 version as Rouen short, so I reckon we'll get both layouts in Pcars, as the '52 one is just a variation which cuts the high speed back section off with a long straight through the middle.
As far as the '60s Spa we've seen in old builds of the game, which will most definitely be part of this historic DLC, they never had that one in FRL, but they did have the old modern version from 1980, which is the current layout, with no runoff and no bus stop chicane or modern pit straight, and the 2004 version with the old bus stop and old version of the modern pit straight. I don't care much for the 2004 version, as it's not that different to the current one, but I would like the 1980 version in future for sure.
They also had 1958 Monza, but with the oval section fenced off. Hopefully Monza comes to Pcars, complete with oval. That'd be epic!

Mugello (I know they tried and couldn't licence it, so I'm basically just dreaming on this one lol)
Fiorano (About as likely as Mugello to get the licence lol)
Enna Pergusa
...and the Cote d'Azur Casino Riviera, a ridiculously high speed variant of Monaco that followed the faster back streets after casino instead of going into all the tight and slow stuff in the GP circuit. Check it out:
