^Not gonna happen. They've already explicitly stated that they can't combine the files without re-doing a heapload of stuff. It's too much for the engine to handle graphically (or some such thing).

No way, They'd need to give us at least 20 cars and a few tracks for that kind of money.

Tracks are a much bigger expense in terms of time to create than cars and take up a lot more data as part of a download. To SMS that represents a greater cost. To me tracks are a much bigger attraction. If there are as many as 6 classic tracks and a handful of old Lotus' then £15 pounds for those would represent an absolute bargain to me. Still, we don't know what will be included yet.

SMS already have the tracks. They were in the Legends pack for Shift 2

Are you sure? I believe I remember @DrJustice saying quite some time ago that there would be no problem performance-wise. It's some other things that stand in the way.

The Veneno looks great but the stats are quite a way off. 800bhp and 1070kg? It is about 740bhp and 1490kg.

Even so, it could be a riot in PCars.

I even wonder how the hell you can afford internet to write on this forum
bigger wonder is how the hell you can play project cars, game is +- 30 pound, you need a tvscreen/PC and controller to play it, thats way too expensive man.

How do you do it?? stealing? robbery? Fake child support??

Am I the only one not excited about getting a bunch of old tracks we already have a recent version of? More tracks is great, but not more of the same tracks.

Mmmmmm, yes,you will be almost the only one here that isn't excited about it...

The Rouen Les Essarts don't have a recent version of the track in the game (so its a newcomer)

Old Hockenheim is a lot better than the new one in my opinion, same thing for old silverstone, i like more the old track...

And all that with classic Formula racecars...WOW.. I'm more than hyped with this DLC

Old Hockenheim is better how, or is that just a subjective view?

To be honest I agree, I'd much rather have some of the many other great tracks that aren't in the game. sayin that though I'm part of the problem as I'm likely gonna buy this DLC which only encourages the development of this kind of DLC.

This is the DLC I can't wait for. I played old Hockenheim in alpha Stage and it was just awesome. Rouen is also a great track and so are the other old versions. On the other hand, I don't care about some modern tracks like Bahrain/Abu Dhabi or Sochi. They just don't have that special "something" like we say in Germany

There are a bunch of awesome tracks I find it odd to be missing from this game. Interlagos, COTA, Zandvoort, Sepang International, Sebring, etc . . . As much as I love classic tracks like Spa and Hockenheim, (maybe a classic Monaco) I agree that they should add other great tracks first.

As you might know, the patch 6.0 is out on pc and there is a little suprise in the files. So, the DLC after the historic one is pretty much confirmed to be the Renault pack. Alexander has already leaked 3 of them, but there is another one. One that hasn't been anounced before. It is the
RS01!!!!

Oh and they also added the Lotus 38.

They also added Rouen, Silverstone and Hockenheim classic, but there is no other tracks. No Monza. :(

Maybe i'll enjoy them more than I'm expecting to as I will be buying the DLC anyway. I guess this just illustrates how difficult it is for developers of racing titles, no matter what cars & tracks are included there will always be people asking for something that wasn't included and there are only so many resources available. Thumbs up to SMS though, I love their approach to this game, self publishing while taking feedback from the community, which is why I've supported them by buying the game at release & all DLC
