Also, remember guys...for those on PC, Steam's Christmas sale is coming up, no doubt we'll see some DLC's available at discount. They're cheap to start with, but with 33-50% off (they've done the game at 50% before already) you could get a chunk of DLC for cheap.

These new circuits look fabulous, I am really looking forward to Rouen-Les-Essarts as I have never had the pleasure of trying this historic circuit.

AUDI R18 E-TRON QUATTRO @ HOCKENHEIM CLASSIC

AUDI R18 E-TRON QUATTRO @ ROUEN-LES-ESSARTS

Hockenhiem is mental!!!!!!! Love it!!! Like watching classic F1 coverage!!

Are you sure? Because I don't think it was in the files before. I remember people hoping that this car would be there, but I don't remember seeing any confirmation.
I am with you on this, would love to see this car in, but I haven't seen any confirmation, if they are releasing a Renault pack, this is a must to include...car is a beast

Am I the only one not excited about getting a bunch of old tracks we already have a recent version of? More tracks is great, but not more of the same tracks.

It's a bit like Shift all over again.

I even wonder how the hell you can afford internet to write on this forum
bigger wonder is how the hell you can play project cars, game is +- 30 pound, you need a tvscreen/PC and controller to play it, thats way too expensive man.

How do you do it?? stealing? robbery? Fake child support??

Well the full game cost me £40 odd...So 3 or 4 tracks and a few cars for £15 is not good value for money. The DLC has been priced perfectly so far so i dont see SMS changing things.

The 15+ quid idea is sound...when we thought they might release 6+ historical tracks w/ historical cars. Considering you may get a couple of versions of each track and a handful of cars it would have been in line with the way they've been pricing stuff. at half-that, I'd imagine we'll see two DLC about $7-9 a piece.

No Solitude Rennstrecke is heartbreaking after the enormous effort we put into it. Thats over 100 hours down the drain for nothing, thanks SMS. Yet another promise Ian Bell broke. No old Spa and no old Monza also sucks big time. Dunno why they keep making this insanely boring old Silverstone layout again and again, except for the funky looking last chicane it has no redeeming factors whatsoever imho. The only track I would love to have out of that pack is Rouen. But I m not going to shell out expansion pack money for one single track, so this will be the third DLC in a row that I m not gonna buy. Not interested in those old Lutuses neither.

PS: LOL @ the BS PR talk once again. "Huge track expansion", yeah right. 3 tracks, OMG so much hugeness! :grumpy:

I don't really get that. It's not like the game launched with Silverstone, and they released Silverstone National as a DLC... The '75 Silverstone is completely different, and not one corner remains unchanged in the current layout from the '75 version, so it's a completely different track essentially. Hockenheim shares the "Motodrom" section, but other than that it's completely different, and Rouen is new to the game, so I don't understand when people refer to these tracks as more of the same we already have. They're nothing like the tracks we already have.

I'm a bit disappointed we're not getting Spa, Monza and Solitude, but I had suspected that would happen. I hope we're not waiting too long for those three, as I'm really keen on them, especially Spa and Solitude!

I honestly can't tell if that's sarcasm or not.

You're getting all DLC for free man, what are you talking about? Aren't you a manager level WMD (ex)member?

But spa, Monza and solitude have been removed or have been planned for another DLC?

I'm all up for new tracks but old Hock and Rouen might have to grow on me. Usually avoided old Hock in past games as the loooong straights bored me somewhat. Rouen looks similar, a lot of high speed stretches, but i believe there's 2 layouts and the other seems a bit more technical at least.

This looks like a high speed track pack, or near enough. Would like a 'technical' track pack in future to address the balance.

The short version of Rouen cuts off the high speed section of the long circuit with a single long straight through the middle of the course. The camber of the circuit through the first half, and the way the circuit flows, will make it more than technical enough to master though trust me...

Edit: Here's a circuit map. The versions in SMS' past games were the first two, so the green and blue layouts, and I'm willing to bet that's what we'll get in Pcars. The short version will be the '51 version. I doubt we'll have the '72 version, but I could be wrong.
