Long time GT fan here and for the first time I'm genuinely excited and looking forward to a non-GT game. I would buy a ps4 just for this game. Are there any screens or clips of the ps4 version yet? It's gorgeous on PC but I don't have a decent setup so ps4 version is what I'm interested in.

Also where can I find the list of tracks and cars?

The very first post of this thread has a full list of tracks and cars in the game, the screenshots won't be too far off the PS4/XBone versions, but we have no comment yet on what kind of graphics level we can expect. The console versions will be exactly the same in terms of features as the PC version.

No, it will be 1080p at least, trying for 30fps solid, but more likely to be 60fps. It's a question that is not worth asking on the forums at the moment, because the answer will be 'we will have to wait and see'.

Might be worth mentioning that they're aiming for 60fps on PS4/XB1. All that power has to be used for something. Can't really mention anything specific but they may have shown an early version running very well on PS4...

Can't remember where, so I can't give any details even if I wanted. Better play it safe anyway...

The devs have stated that 60fps is the goal, and my personal opinion is that it ought to run at 60fps on the next gen consoles. What would be the point of bumping it up a gen if it didn't?

Holy hell, what a nice xmas build full of great surprises...

Mercedes 300 SEL 6.8 AMG Rote Sau
Ginetta G55
Sauber C9
Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 Group A
and...

Xmas Brands Hatch! Looks especially great at night!

The above 3 are real and the others game.

Edit: I correct myself after peaking and drooling over at WMD. Holy hell!

One would think so, but if you look closely, there's still patterns to notice :)

I need to look closer indeed. I was truly fooled.
Didn't even know Xmas build was out yet since I got scolded by Andy for yapping too much. So removed all my thread subscriptions.

*runs to his PC like an overexcited ADHD kid* lol

Video of the new Brands Hatch Circuit added in the build 631 of Project CARS.

Video showing in detail the new Mercedes-Benz 300SEL '71 (WIP), that has been added in the build 631. The video also includes a lap and replay at Brands Hatch Indy Circuit.

I recognise GT legends in this video clip (track cam view). And some engine sounds from GTR are in pCars

a couple of questions:

- Target framerate and on screen car count for console version?

- How will the livery editor be handled on consoles?

Erm Logi... The P30 was designed by WMD member Ryno917, Patriks car isnt started yet. ;)

ooops :$
Sorry!

Better stay offline for a while. Running a fever and having an ear thats inflated like a balloon makes my head go fuzzy at the moment. :(

In order, 60FPS locked for the next gen consoles, although I should imagine it will go down to 30FPS for the wii u version. The livery editor will be something similar to Forza's, lots of pre-defined vector shapes, which will then get saved as a raster file for uploading to other users.
