That Conti GT3 is such a cool addition... The GT3 lineup will be absolutely stellar!

The BMW 1M is also new in todays build, I d say its a great Friday in pCARSworld! :D

Great cars and I want to be hyped again, but the current pad input is just not good enough.
I really hope they'll finally fix it.

Judgeing from video it seems like the car has alot of understeer. Sound is really good!, nice job in that erea. Sim is identical to shift2 But wont buy another $500+ game console for this or GT7.

Shift2 with better graphics Lol:lol:.

Anyway... I'm only just getting up to date with everything pCars.
At this stage from what I've seen and read, it has the potential to blow everything in this genre out of the water. :D:tup:

Don't make a habit of throwing petrol on a fire - eventually it will blow up in your face.

Video showing in detail the new BMW 1M Coupé '12 (First Export - WIP), that has been added in the build 678. The video also includes a lap at Watkins Glen.

Post videos in the video thread @Adrianf1. This is the last time I'll ask you nicely as you continue to post videos in the general discussion threads for pCars and Assetto Corsa although I've told you to not do that in the past a few times.

I'm sorry, techy questions coming...

1) First off, are people running this on triple monitor setups yet?

2) And if so, what specs are generally talked about to be able to run Project Cars at a reasonably high detail level on a triple setup?

In reply:

1) Yes, people are running this on triple monitors, but it isn't being seperately rendered and perspective corrected yet. In fact, SMS have been testing it on a Panasonic 4K TV.

2) It depends on how much money you have, but for something at this level (see below), you'd be looking at an i7 K series CPU and an SLI Nvidia 660/760, XFire ATi 78xx/69xx+, one Titan/780 or one ATi 290.

*facepalm* I misread what you said. I thought your first question was why are people runnin this on triple monitor setup. That's why I posted he video. lol

No worries mate. I was a little confused myself but yes... I agree with you. Triple monitors rock!

Wow, great stuff.
I only ask because I'm going through parts for a new build. So two 780 GTX SLI with an i5-4670K 3.4GHz (overclocking too) could/should do the job?

More than enough, with room to grow. You don't need me to suggest that you have enough PSU power, and a decent cooler for the CPU. Can I suggest this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00350O5DK/

Thanks for the confirmation 👍 definitely what I like to hear. I was worried to get a triple setup to look and run crisply (3x 1080p / 60fps) I'd have to fork out for stupid money cards. Titans etc.

I've currently got the Cooler Master Hyper 212 on the build list, it seems to be the go to cooler for many a setup from what I've seen. Thanks for the recommendation however, it's noted

Hi!

Do you know if SMS is working on the livery editor, or not yet? It is supposed that it has to be in the final game, no?

Thanks!!

No, they havn't started work on the livery editor, but it will be started soon. It will either be on the disc, or part of a day one update.

Can some of the experts tell me how the developement of the 90 BTCC series is shaping up? If I remember correctly there have been a few screens of the carreer mode which showed the BTCC Series of the 90ties?!?!? I also understood that the Renault Laguna BTCC racer will be in the game. Any further news on this?

You are right, we are supposed to have the BTCC cars, but to date we have yet to see any progress on building them. That doesn't mean they haven't been working on them behind the scenes, and we'll suddenly get a fully built car (like we did with the BMW 1M and the RUF CTR3) out of nowhere. Keep an eye out here, we'll keep you informed.
