Who is this tidux guy, does he have some connection with either of the two companies? Or just a random dude posting stuff as fact on the interwebz? :odd:
Found this:

Well known industry insider Thuway and Tidux has shared pretty interesting details regarding next-gen consoles war between Xbox One and Playstation 4. On May 15, Tidux in a hidden tone teased some improvements coming to Playstation 4 in future...blah..blah...blah...

And this:
These industry insiders [Thuway and Tidux] have pretty good track record of leaking information way before its official announcement, so we just can't completely ignore them.

Logitech and Sony are working together to get wheels support

Sony shooootss and scores! Yet another goal for Sony. Where people who bought an 500-800€ wheel for X360 feel raped from MS with the Xbox One. I feel sorry for them. And I am not trolling. I sold my GT3 wheel and bought an GT2 only for X360 and FM4. But after FM4 I decided that I am pretty happy with GT and dont need Forza. Its not my thing.

Info about pCARS on the nVidia SHIELD.
Project CARS fully supports the very latest new technology and hardware making it the most advanced racing game on the planet.

Whether that’s immersive 3D virtual reality using Oculus Rift or Sony’s Project Morpheus, the beauty and clarity of 4K and even 12K visuals, utilizing the raw power of the latest graphics cards, or putting the control in your hands via the latest steering wheels and peripherals, Project CARS provides breathtaking new ways to experience racing that go beyond reality...
nVIDIA SHIELD

Via nVidia’s GameStream technology, PC gamers can harness the power of their GeForce GTX card to play Project CARS in the palm of your hand - anywhere over your home’s WiFi.

Featuring HBAO, PhysX, DirectX11 subsampling, TSAA, DOF, fully dynamic real-time tire simulation and running at 1080p/60+ fps, the technology powering Project CARS on SHIELD delivers not only crystal clear visuals but also compelling gameplay, making the descent into the darkness of a 24h endurance race or the lash of rain on your windscreen all the more immersive.

You're forgetting my Forza Motorsports CSR wheel will run on PS4 then also probably :D ,price is 200 bucks for that one though.

If all wheels eventually work fine on PS4, it might prevent me building a pc this year seeing PCARS will run fine on it and AC is rumored to be thinking about a PS4 port also.

By the time those 2 will arrive you probably will be able to pick up a PS4 for 300 €, which is half of what i would have to spend on a pc that can match it's stats.

My words, I also was going to build an PC for 500-600€. But I asked here how Pcars will work on an middle range PC and the answer was that it will work not very well. That was it for me. I´ll get it for my 400€ console instead of building an 1000€ PC. I can pass that few mods they will come on PC.

There is nothing wrong with that logic. I went for the expensive build a PC option though, as there are other great PC sims too such as Assetto Corsa that I wanted to race with, plus I've always wanted a good PC.

Also, there is more to come in regards to this deal....
Indeed.

Yes, we have full rights to the series, all the cars, teams and best of all OFFICIAL INDY500 SPONSOR, so its an officially endorsed product. You cant get better than that!

Let me just say that there's more to come soon from this license announcement.

The word 'tracks' comes to mind.

Not my cup of tea either but I will still really enjoy some oval racing with the real car and real track instead of using poor substitutes and faking it. A real coup for SMS:cheers::cheers:
IndyCar means more than just ovals. ;)
Also I am 100% sure you'll be able to drive the cars on whatever track you want.

AC on PS4 (rumored) and wheel compatibility would make it a done deal for me.
I sure wouldn't bank on that rumor, they are a very small development team with a long way to go on the PC. Your chances are much better with the lottery, or GT7 next month

PC is the best choice, but if AC would come to PS4 i would save half the money and effort, and still be able to play the 2 racing games on it that are on top of my wishlist.

I have the luxury of having time on my side; PCARS is only for the end of the year and with a bit of luck by then we will have certainty about wheel compatibility and whether or not AC is coming.

AC on PS4 this is great!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Really? Now that is interesting! I can't imagine GT surviving for very long if there were 2 great full on sim racers to choose from on PS4, that would then make GT a 3rd rate game.
GT has built up such a huge following from the casual crowd that PCars & AC would only make a small dent.
