yes 20 kills the frame rateYell at me if you want this gone but they were running 50 cars on PS4 with no issues, something the PC apparently has problems with
I wouldn't say that they are late, feature and content-wise (I think) it might be almost done so all that's remaining now is bug testing and polish on everything.Well they only got about 2 months before they go gold, so i'd say they need hurry up and finalize some things. There just seems to be stuff that is all over the place. Unfinished tracks, cars, features and such.
Can you elaborate just a little bit. Also "this is for everyone" anyword or has there been some progress with the AI. Most of the videos the AI looks crazy. I know they're trying to make the AI more realistic instead of looking like they're all just part of a train. I'm really wanting them to pull this off.We cant race online all the time and also I want the career to be fun and challenging.A friend of mine showed me an interesting post from a dev, not going to go into detail incase its private but lets say the peasant console are performing better in some aspects than the PC version
I'm glad to hear that cuz I'm kind of excited about driving those little Fords. They look fun.because my edit didnt appear on the post but the answer is still nope
and its not gt as im sick of gt racing they only ever race gt3
however i will tell you now it was formula rookie (formula ford) part of the reason why there used in the demos is their fun and easy to drive but it also can provide good racing for all levels of talent
In response to the career jump i think the car/cars may still be devolping however that is still a template. for instrance their only one gt4 logo but there is actually 3 gt4 championships uk america and asia/middle east
They hyped the game so much that the waiting till November is killing me. Unsatisfied with the lack of challenges in Assetto Corsa (no reward system for your driving, no sense to run race after race online/offline, hotlapping bores me without official leaderboards) I downloaded RaceRoom (not played yet) and tried iRacing for the first time.
iRacing is interesting but it seems damn expensive. I just did a few hotlaps and was going to join my first online race. And was not able to. I need to buy a track for $14,95 lol. No thanks.
If you want some sim-goodness why not buy GSCE? VERY inexpensive for what you get and some of the best AI around. Raceroom update delayed... hopefully not for long though.Me too, lol. I now do drifts in AC and they're immense fun in the Z4. Handling is really top there.
Raceroom gets big update today, i'm looking forward to it. I need something to cruise me over to November.

If I only knew what GSCE is I hope not Grid?
I believe he is referring to Game Stock Car Extreme.
Sorry, I thought everyone new what GSCE stood for - Game Stock Car Extreme. Grid isn't anywhere close to a sim let alone a competitor to GSCE, if you give it time you will see that it stacks up with the best sims available (physics, FFB, and AI excel - very good graphics and sound). I actually wasn't going to give it a chance as I thought it was using old technology but I now know what was I missing. It may take a little tweaking here and there but the end result is the best bang for the buck you will find.If I only knew what GSCE is I hope not Grid?

On top of that there is a ton of track and car mods - some VERY good!
I sound like a fanboy, but you have to remember I own most every sim available (old and new) and enjoy them all including pCARS. GSCE is probably the most complete sim. You mileage may vary
The mostly Brazilian tracks is one thing I didn't like at first but many have grown on me and are actually nice for a change, and there are more world famous tracks as mod addons. Thanks, will definately try out the 60 minute demo. Just downloading. The only thing that worries me is that there are only Brazil tracks I guess. So there will be a lot of learning new tracks (what I somehow don´t like ). And the other thing is, if you learned these tracks, there will mostly be no other game where these learned tracks are included. But a lot of open wheelers. I like that very much.
Nice will give it a try. iRacing is damn expensive, no thanks. I read that you have to pay about 800 bucks to have all tracks and cars lol.
