I do like a nice bit of packaging. Always liked nice vinyl, and then subsequently, CD packaging. So, although I've already ordered from Amazon (UK), I've now ordered the LE from Gamestop.ie! Not ordered from there before so hope it all goes smooth!
 
Finally they are showing the game on the Xbox store, it is 99 Australian dollars and it includes the LE car pack and the other car packy thingy I don't care much about. I have cancelled my boxed copy, although it is cheaper (75 AUD + 9 AUD for shipping) and has a steel case, I have just found today my GT5's collector edition box and it is pretty much wrecked. So yeah I figured that is how this pCARS box is going to look in a few years time so there is no point in having it.

I think everyone that's into racing will play PCars. It does not mean, I will not play other racing games, including Forza 6!

Exactly, I will own both. I might even try to get F1 2015 but judging from the photos that "all new Ego engine" is going to look pretty mediocre compared to Forza and pCARS. I guess we'll see once it comes out.

yeah..F1 2015 is pass for me....PCars and Forza 6 will be more than enough! in a good way =]
 
Yesterday my ps4 started randomly ejecting a disc, and was still trying even when the disc was out. Worry ensued especially with pcars a week away but i found a solution that may help others with the same problem.
Sorry it's not on topic..

You should read the comment, one guy suggested a UPS (power supply ) to regulate the power . Makes sense ,just food for thought

One thing that usually stands out is that people talking about PCars don't usually resort to fanboy rage defending or promoting the game. They just talk about what it is and what it is not and correct any mistakes or fallacies that others sometimes throw out. There isn't any of the usual, "Y U no like PCarz, itz da gretest game evah!! [insert game here] suks!!" nonsense. I think that goes a long way to civilized discussion:).
 
I'm the opposite. I prefer disk versions. I completely distrust digital versions because of various issues people have had with them, and since I don't have internet (I go two houses down to my grandparent's house to update; I have an hour at the very most of a window) it wouldn't really work for me. Plus physically having the game is always nice

I might go digital for the first time, £45 is probably less than it'll be on the high street and with the benefit of extra cars to boot.

I'm not a big fan of ordering online, even though it's usually cheaper - it can be far too unreliable.

Yeah and if your ps4 or xbox gets corrupt atleast you still have the disc version wont take as long to install just need to take good care. of your discs which i always do.

Yeah my discs always look like they're fresh...even ones I played for endless hours like Jak I/II and III and GT3/4/5.

I also dont trust sony with my personal info so i hardly buy things from their online store buy when i do i buy a ps plus card lol.
